يستقبل فندق أثيل كافد ضيوفه اليوم كفندق أعمال فاخر بإدارة سعودية في قلب مركز الملك عبدالله المالي «كافد». وصُمم الفندق بما يواكب أسلوب العمل والاجتماع والتواصل في الرياض اليوم، ويضم 214 غرفة وجناحاً، إلى جانب تجارب الطعام ومرافق العافية ومساحات متكاملة للأعمال والفعاليات، جميعها مستلهمة من دفء وكرم الضيافة السعودية. تم تطوير الفندق من قبل شركة إدارة وتطوير مركز الملك عبدالله المالي (كافد)، وتتولى شركة أديرا للضيافة تشغيله، ليضع ضيوفه في قلب أحد أبرز مجتمعات الأعمال في الرياض ويقدم تجربة تمتد بسلاسة إلى ما بعد ساعات العمل. كما يرتبط الفندق بشبكة الجسور العلوية المكيّفة في كافد عبر نقطتي اتصال.

بصفته أول فندق في كافد بإدارة سعودية، يقدم أثيل نهجاً سعودياً مميزاً للضيافة في قلب الحي. وقد صُمم ليستقبل مسافري الأعمال والضيوف من داخل المملكة وخارجها، وليكون نقطة التقاء طبيعية داخل كافد تربط الضيوف بمجتمع الأعمال من خلال مساحات لتناول الطعام والعافية والتواصل الاجتماعي. ويجمع أثيل بين حيوية موقعه ودفء واهتمام تقاليد الاستضافة السعودية، سواء لاستقبال التنفيذيين بين الاجتماعات أو السكان على مائدة العشاء أو الزوار الذين يكتشفون الرياض للمرة الأولى.

يحمل الفندق بصمة معمارية جريئة من تصميم فوستر وبارتنرز، حيث تفتح واجهته الهندسية المميزة على مساحات داخلية انسيابية تتمحور حول ردهة نحتية يغمرها الضوء الطبيعي. وتضم الغرف والأجنحة البالغ عددها 214 مساحات عمل مخصصة وتقنيات سهلة الاستخدام وإطلالات بانورامية على كافد وأفق مدينة الرياض، بما يوفر تجربة إقامة تلائم رحلات الأعمال والإقامات الممتدة وأوقات الاسترخاء.
تشكل تجارب الطعام جزءاً أساسياً من تجربة أثيل. ويقدم المطعم السعودي الرئيسي قراءة معاصرة لغنى وتنوع المطبخ السعودي ونكهاته المستمدة من مختلف مناطق المملكة، فيما يجمع مطعم «ريا ميزون» بين تقنيات الطهي الفرنسي وطابع الرياض العصري ضمن تجربة طعام متاحة طوال اليوم. كما يضم الفندق «مقهى أثيل» للقهوة والوجبات الخفيفة والاجتماعات، واللاونج التنفيذي للضيوف التنفيذيين، إلى جانب «كلاود 14» الذي يجمع بين المسبح واللاونج على السطح مع إطلالات على كافد وأفق العاصمة.
