كشفت الإحصاءات الشهرية الصادرة عن البنك المركزي السعودي (ساما) ارتفاع إجمالي الائتمان المصرفي المصنف حسب الآجال إلى نحو 3.434 تريليون ريال بنهاية يوليو 2026، مقابل 3.216 تريليون ريال في الشهر نفسه من عام 2025، مسجلاً نمواً سنوياً بنحو 218 مليار ريال، وبنسبة 6.8%.
وعلى أساس شهري، نما إجمالي الائتمان المصرفي بنحو 14.5 مليار ريال، أو 0.4%، مقارنة بمستواه في يونيو 2026، حين بلغ 3.419 تريليون ريال.
وارتفع الائتمان بنحو 137.6 مليار ريال منذ نهاية عام 2025، بما يعادل 4.2%، بعد أن كان قد سجل 3.296 تريليون ريال في ديسمبر الماضي.
الحصة الأكبر
واستحوذ الائتمان طويل الأجل على الحصة الأكبر من إجمالي الائتمان المصرفي بنهاية يوليو 2026، بعدما بلغ نحو 1.647 تريليون ريال، ممثلاً قرابة 48% من الإجمالي.
وسجل الائتمان طويل الأجل نمواً سنوياً بنحو 79.3 مليار ريال، وبنسبة 5.1%، مقارنة بنحو 1.568 تريليون ريال في يوليو 2025. كما ارتفع على أساس شهري بنحو 8.3 مليار ريال مقارنة بمستواه في يونيو 2026.
المرتبة الثانية
وجاء الائتمان قصير الأجل في المرتبة الثانية، مسجلاً نحو 1.313 تريليون ريال، ومستحوذاً على 38.2% من إجمالي الائتمان.
وحقق الائتمان قصير الأجل أعلى معدل نمو سنوي بين الفئات الثلاث، إذ زاد بنحو 133.3 مليار ريال، أو 11.3%، مقارنة بنحو 1.180 تريليون ريال في يوليو من العام الماضي. وعلى أساس شهري، ارتفع بنحو 7.3 مليار ريال.
أما الائتمان متوسط الأجل، فبلغ نحو 473.8 مليار ريال، بما يمثل 13.8% من إجمالي الائتمان المصرفي. وسجل نمواً سنوياً محدوداً بنحو 5.5 مليار ريال، أو 1.2%، مقارنة بنحو 468.4 مليار ريال في يوليو 2025، فيما انخفض على أساس شهري بنحو 1.2 مليار ريال.
المحرك الأكبر للنمو
وتشير البيانات إلى أن الائتمان قصير الأجل كان المحرك الأكبر للنمو السنوي، إذ أسهم بنحو 61% من الزيادة المسجلة في إجمالي الائتمان بين يوليو 2025 ويوليو 2026. وجاء الائتمان طويل الأجل في المرتبة الثانية بمساهمة تقارب 36%، بينما أسهم الائتمان متوسط الأجل بنحو 3%.
وعلى مدى الأعوام الماضية، ارتفع إجمالي الائتمان المصرفي من 2.059 تريليون ريال في نهاية 2021 إلى 3.296 تريليون ريال في نهاية 2025، بزيادة قدرها 1.237 تريليون ريال، وبنسبة تراكمية بلغت نحو 60.1%.
The monthly statistics released by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) revealed an increase in the total classified bank credit by maturity to approximately 3.434 trillion riyals by the end of July 2026, compared to 3.216 trillion riyals in the same month of 2025, recording an annual growth of about 218 billion riyals, or 6.8%.
On a monthly basis, total bank credit grew by approximately 14.5 billion riyals, or 0.4%, compared to its level in June 2026, when it reached 3.419 trillion riyals.

The Largest Share
Long-term credit accounted for the largest share of total bank credit by the end of July 2026, reaching approximately 1.647 trillion riyals, representing nearly 48% of the total.
Long-term credit recorded an annual growth of about 79.3 billion riyals, or 5.1%, compared to approximately 1.568 trillion riyals in July 2025. It also increased on a monthly basis by about 8.3 billion riyals compared to its level in June 2026.
The Second Rank
Short-term credit came in second place, recording approximately 1.313 trillion riyals, accounting for 38.2% of total credit.
Short-term credit achieved the highest annual growth rate among the three categories, increasing by about 133.3 billion riyals, or 11.3%, compared to approximately 1.180 trillion riyals in July of last year. On a monthly basis, it rose by about 7.3 billion riyals.
As for medium-term credit, it reached approximately 473.8 billion riyals, representing 13.8% of total bank credit. It recorded limited annual growth of about 5.5 billion riyals, or 1.2%, compared to approximately 468.4 billion riyals in July 2025, while it declined on a monthly basis by about 1.2 billion riyals.
The Largest Driver of Growth
Data indicates that short-term credit was the largest driver of annual growth, contributing about 61% of the increase recorded in total credit between July 2025 and July 2026. Long-term credit came in second place with a contribution of nearly 36%, while medium-term credit contributed about 3%.
Over the past years, total bank credit increased from 2.059 trillion riyals at the end of 2021 to 3.296 trillion riyals at the end of 2025, an increase of 1.237 trillion riyals, with a cumulative percentage of about 60.1%.
