كشف التقرير الأسبوعي لقيمة ملكية المستثمرين ونسبتها من القيمة الكلية، الذي تنشره «تداول» السعودية، أن القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة في السوق الرئيسية بلغت 9533.41 مليار ريال بنهاية الأسبوع المنتهي في 6 أغسطس الجاري، بارتفاع نحو 0.85%، وبقيمة بلغت نحو 81 مليار ريال، مقارنةً بالأسبوع الذي سبقه.
تصنيف المستثمر
وبحسب التقرير، شكّلت قيمة ملكية المستثمر الأجنبي ما نسبته 4.7% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية للأسهم المدرجة كما في 6 أغسطس 2026.
وعلى صعيد تصنيف المستثمر حسب السلوك الاستثماري، ارتفعت ملكية المستثمرين المؤسسيين بنحو 73.36 مليار ريال لتصل إلى 9122.03 مليار ريال، فيما ارتفعت ملكية المستثمرين غير المؤسسيين بنحو 7.25 مليار ريال لتصل إلى 411.39 مليار ريال.
مشتريات المؤسسات الأجنبية
وكان تقرير «تداول» السعودية قد أظهر أن صافي مشتريات المؤسسات الأجنبية في السوق الرئيسية وصل إلى نحو 47.9 مليون ريال خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 6 أغسطس 2026.
ووفقًا للتقرير، استحوذت المؤسسات الأجنبية على 36.03% من إجمالي المشتريات، و35.85% من إجمالي المبيعات خلال الأسبوع.
مبيعات السعوديين
في المقابل، بلغ صافي مبيعات الأفراد السعوديين نحو 1.67 مليار ريال، منها 910.1 مليون ريال لكبار المستثمرين الأفراد، و415.2 مليون ريال للمستثمرين الأفراد، و180.1 مليون ريال لمحافظ الأفراد المدارة، و161.4 مليون ريال للمستثمرين الأفراد المتخصصين.
وبلغ صافي مشتريات المؤسسات السعودية نحو 1.64 مليار ريال، بدعم رئيسي من الشركات التي سجلت صافي مشتريات بنحو 1.84 مليار ريال، مقابل صافي مبيعات للصناديق الاستثمارية بنحو 114.3 مليون ريال، ومحافظ المؤسسات المدارة بنحو 46.2 مليون ريال، والجهات الحكومية بنحو 38.9 مليون ريال.
The weekly report on the value of investor ownership and its percentage of the total value, published by Saudi "Tadawul," revealed that the market capitalization of the listed shares in the main market reached 9533.41 billion riyals by the end of the week ending on August 6, with an increase of about 0.85%, amounting to approximately 81 billion riyals compared to the previous week.
Investor Classification
According to the report, the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.7% of the total market capitalization of the listed shares as of August 6, 2026.
In terms of investor classification by investment behavior, the ownership of institutional investors increased by approximately 73.36 billion riyals to reach 9122.03 billion riyals, while the ownership of non-institutional investors rose by about 7.25 billion riyals to reach 411.39 billion riyals.
Foreign Institutions' Purchases
The Saudi "Tadawul" report indicated that the net purchases of foreign institutions in the main market reached approximately 47.9 million riyals during the week ending on August 6, 2026.
According to the report, foreign institutions accounted for 36.03% of total purchases and 35.85% of total sales during the week.
Sales by Saudis
In contrast, the net sales of individual Saudis amounted to about 1.67 billion riyals, including 910.1 million riyals for major individual investors, 415.2 million riyals for individual investors, 180.1 million riyals for managed individual portfolios, and 161.4 million riyals for specialized individual investors.
The net purchases of Saudi institutions reached approximately 1.64 billion riyals, primarily supported by companies that recorded net purchases of about 1.84 billion riyals, against net sales of investment funds of about 114.3 million riyals, managed institutional portfolios of about 46.2 million riyals, and government entities of about 38.9 million riyals.
