كشف وزير السياحة أحمد الخطيب أن المملكة ستصبح نموذجاً يحتذى به عالمياً في بناء المدن والوجهات باستخدام أحدث التقنيات والمواد، وتقديم كل الخدمات في مكان واحد.
قيادة التغيير
وأضاف الخطيب في جلسة ضمن منتدى مستقبل العقار، أن العالم يتغير والمدن تتغير بفعل التكنولوجيا ومواد البناء والعديد من العوامل الأخرى، مؤكداً أن المملكة العربية السعودية محظوظة بقدرتها على مواكبة هذا التحول.
وأوضح أن المملكة في كثير من الحالات تقود هذا التغيير عبر مشاريع كبرى مثل نيوم، البحر الأحمر، الدرعية، والقدية، إذ يتم تخطيط المدن المستقبلية من الصفر، ما يمثل ميزة كبيرة لما يتطلب وضع الخطط من رأس مال ضخم وخبرة ومعرفة متقدمة.
Tourism Minister Ahmed Al-Khateeb revealed that the Kingdom will become a global model in building cities and destinations using the latest technologies and materials, providing all services in one place.
Leading Change
Al-Khateeb added in a session at the Future of Real Estate Forum that the world is changing, and cities are evolving due to technology, building materials, and many other factors, emphasizing that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is fortunate to be able to keep pace with this transformation.
He explained that the Kingdom is often leading this change through major projects such as NEOM, the Red Sea, Diriyah, and Qiddiya, as future cities are being planned from scratch, which represents a significant advantage given the substantial capital, expertise, and advanced knowledge required for planning.
