تراجعت أسعار الذهب، اليوم الخميس، مع جني المتداولين للأرباح بعد مكاسب قياسية لثلاث جلسات متتالية، في حين قلصت تصريحات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بشأن رئيس مجلس الاحتياطي الاتحادي وإيران من الطلب على المعدن النفيس.
وبحلول الساعة 01:37 بتوقيت جرينتش، تراجعت أسعار الذهب في المعاملات الفورية بنسبة (0.6%) ليصل إلى (4,594.66) دولار للأوقية، وانخفضت العقود الأمريكية الآجلة للذهب تسليم فبراير بنسبة (0.8%) لتصل إلى (4,599.50) دولار.
وبالنسبة للمعادن النفيسة الأخرى، انخفضت الفضة في المعاملات الفورية (5.3%) مسجلة (87.88) دولار للأوقية، ونزل البلاتين في المعاملات الفورية (4%) ليصل إلى (2,288.05) دولار للأوقية، وخسر البلاديوم (2.5%) مسجلاً (1,753.53) دولار للأوقية.
Gold prices fell today, Thursday, as traders took profits after record gains for three consecutive sessions, while comments from U.S. President Donald Trump regarding the Federal Reserve Chairman and Iran reduced demand for the precious metal.
As of 01:37 GMT, gold prices in the spot market decreased by (0.6%) to reach (4,594.66) dollars per ounce, and U.S. gold futures for February delivery fell by (0.8%) to (4,599.50) dollars.
Regarding other precious metals, silver in the spot market dropped by (5.3%) to record (87.88) dollars per ounce, platinum in the spot market fell by (4%) to (2,288.05) dollars per ounce, and palladium lost (2.5%) to record (1,753.53) dollars per ounce.
