أعلن نائب وزير الطاقة الأمريكي جيمس دانلي، اليوم، أنه لا يعتقد أنه ستكون هناك تُخمة في المعروض النفطي في 2026.
وقال دانلي خلال معرض ومؤتمر أبوظبي الدولي للبترول (أديبك) في العاصمة الإماراتية: «لدينا دلالة على أن الطلب على الطاقة يرتفع بسرعة».
وأشار نائب وزير الطاقة الأمريكي إلى أن الحلفاء والأصدقاء لن يتأثروا بشكل جذري بالعقوبات الروسية.
يذكر أن الأمين العام لمنظمة الدول المصدّرة للنفط (أوبك) هيثم الغيص، قال إن المنظمة تتوقع نمو الطلب العالمي على النفط خلال العام الحالي بمقدار 1.3 مليون برميل يوميا. وأوضح أن «أوبك» تعمل على إعادة براميل النفط إلى السوق بشكل مستمر ومنتظم.
توازن بين العرض والطلب
وأضاف الغيص أن المنظمة تمتلك المرونة اللازمة لتعديل قراراتها أو تعليق تنفيذها مؤقتا أو إلغائها عند الضرورة، مشيرا إلى حرصها الدائم على الحفاظ على التوازن بين العرض والطلب في الأسواق العالمية.
وأشار إلى أن مؤشرات الطلب لا تزال إيجابية، موضحا أن «أوبك» لا تتوقع حدوث مفاجآت في السوق خلال الفترة القادمة.
وبين الأمين العام لمنظمة أوبك أن الطلب على النفط والغاز سيستمر. وأشار إلى أن النفط والغاز آمنان ومتوفران بكثرة. وتابع: «لا نتوقع أي ذروة للطلب على النفط في أي وقت قريب».
U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy James Danly announced today that he does not believe there will be an oversupply of oil in 2026.
Danly said during the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) in the UAE capital: "We have indications that energy demand is rising rapidly."
The U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy pointed out that allies and friends will not be drastically affected by Russian sanctions.
It is worth mentioning that the Secretary General of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Haitham Al Ghais, stated that the organization expects global oil demand to grow by 1.3 million barrels per day this year. He explained that OPEC is continuously and regularly working to bring oil barrels back to the market.
Balance Between Supply and Demand
Al Ghais added that the organization has the necessary flexibility to adjust its decisions or temporarily suspend their implementation or cancel them when necessary, emphasizing its constant commitment to maintaining the balance between supply and demand in global markets.
He noted that demand indicators remain positive, explaining that OPEC does not expect any surprises in the market in the coming period.
The OPEC Secretary General stated that the demand for oil and gas will continue. He pointed out that oil and gas are safe and abundantly available. He added: "We do not expect any peak in oil demand anytime soon."
