أطلق رئيس مجلس إدارة الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية (ICCD) الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل، مجموعة «B57+»، وهي شبكة دولية لقادة الأعمال في دول منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، تهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري بين الدول الأعضاء، وتمكين الشراكات المستدامة بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمته في قمة قادة الأعمال 2025 التي انطلقت، اليوم، في إسطنبول، بتنظيم من الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية، بمشاركة ممثلي 57 دولة وقيادات مؤسسات التمويل والاستثمار والتنمية في العالم الإسلامي، تحت عنوان «القطاع الخاص كشريك إستراتيجي للتنمية المستدامة»، وذلك بحضور وزير التجارة التركي الدكتور عمر بولات، ورئيس مجموعة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية الدكتور محمد الجاسر.
تنمية اقتصادية
وأوضح الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل أن إطلاق المجموعة يأتي استجابة لحاجة الدول الإسلامية إلى منصة فاعلة تجمع بين القيادات الاقتصادية وصُنّاع القرار لتوحيد الجهود نحو تنمية اقتصادية متكاملة ومستدامة، مشيرا إلى أن مجموعة «B57+» تمثل المنصة الجامعة التي طال انتظارها لتكون حلقة الوصل بين قادة الأعمال وصُنّاع القرار في دول منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، مؤكّداً أنها ستنتقل بالعلاقات الاقتصادية من مرحلة الحوار إلى صناعة الصفقات والتكامل العملي، بما يعزز تحويل الأفكار إلى مشروعات تنموية واقعية.
ازدهار مشترك
وبيّن أن الهدف الرئيس للمجموعة هو بناء شبكة اقتصادية إسلامية موحدة تقود مرحلة جديدة من الازدهار المشترك وتدعم الشراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص، موضحاً أن الرمز «بلَس+» في اسم المبادرة يعكس الانفتاح الإستراتيجي والتوسّع الشامل لتشمل المجموعة أيضاً الدول غير الأعضاء التي تضم مجتمعات إسلامية كبيرة حول العالم، ما يجعلها منصة عالمية متكاملة تسهم في ربط الاقتصادات الإسلامية بالاقتصاد العالمي.
منصة عملية
وأضاف رئيس الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية أن القمة السنوية لمجموعة «B57+»، والتي تُقام ضمن أعمال ملتقى قادة الأعمال «B57+ Business Leaders Summit» على هامش اجتماعات لجنة التعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي (كومسيك)، ستكون أكثر من مؤتمر تقليدي، إذ ستشكل منصة عملية لعقد الصفقات وتبادل الحلول وتنسيق الجهود بين القطاعين العام والخاص، مؤكّداً أن نجاح المبادرة سيُقاس بقدرتها على تحفيز التجارة البينية، وعدد الشراكات الموقّعة، وتأثيرها في السياسات الاقتصادية للدول الأعضاء. وأضاف قائلاً: «نحن اليوم بهذه المبادرة الجديدة نؤسس لمنظومة تكامل اقتصادي داخل دولنا الإسلامية، لذا، آمنتُ خلال رحلتي الطويلة بضرورة الشراكة الحقيقية بين القطاعين العام والخاص، وحشد الجهود وتنسيقها من أجل مستقبل أكثر ازدهاراً لأوطاننا».
بيئة محفّزة
وذكر الشيخ عبدالله صالح كامل أن مجموعة «B57+» ستعمل على بناء شبكة اقتصادية إسلامية متماسكة تُسهم في رسم سياسات التنمية، وتعزيز الاستثمار المشترك، وتوفير بيئة محفّزة لرواد الأعمال الشباب، بما ينعكس إيجاباً على اقتصادات الدول الأعضاء ومجتمعاتها.
وأكد رئيس الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية أن المبادرة تمثل رافداً إستراتيجياً لجهود منظمة التعاون الإسلامي ولجنة الكومسيك في تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي، مشيراً إلى أن الغرفة تسعى من خلال هذه الخطوة إلى إرساء خارطة طريق عملية لتحفيز التجارة البينية وتوسيع حضور القطاع الخاص الإسلامي في الأسواق العالمية، فضلاً عن إعادة تموضعه كشريك فاعل في بناء مستقبل الاقتصاد العالمي.
شريك إستراتيجي
تنظم قمة قادة الأعمال 2025 بالشراكة مع اللجنة الدائمة للتعاون الاقتصادي والتجاري لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي واتحاد الغرف وتبادل السلع التركية، وبمشاركة مركز التحكيم التابع لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، كشريك إستراتيجي، كما تشهد القمة مشاركة منتدى التعاون الإسلامي للشباب كشريك للشباب، في تجسيد حي لالتزام مشترك بدفع عجلة الابتكار، وتمكين الأجيال الصاعدة، وتعزيز أواصر التعاون في منظومة الأعمال الإسلامية العالمية.
يُذكر أن الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والتنمية هي منظمة دولية غير حكومية تابعة لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي، تأسست عام 1977، وتعد الممثل الأكبر للقطاع الخاص في الدول الإسلامية، فيما تتألف عضوية الغرفة من الاتحادات، والغرف الوطنية التجارية الصناعية في البلدان الأعضاء، بهدف تعزيز التعاون في مجالات التجارة، التقنية المعلوماتية، التأمين وإعادة التأمين، الملاحة، الأعمال المالية والبنوك، الترويج للفرص الاستثمارية، وتنمية المشاريع الاستثمارية المشتركة.
The Chairman of the Board of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD), Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel, launched the "B57+" group, which is an international network for business leaders in the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The aim is to enhance economic and trade cooperation among member countries and to enable sustainable partnerships between the public and private sectors.
This announcement was made during his speech at the Business Leaders Summit 2025, which kicked off today in Istanbul, organized by the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development, with the participation of representatives from 57 countries and leaders of financing, investment, and development institutions in the Islamic world, under the theme "The Private Sector as a Strategic Partner for Sustainable Development." The event was attended by Turkish Minister of Trade Dr. Omar Bulat and President of the Islamic Development Bank Dr. Muhammad Al-Jasser.
Economic Development
Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel explained that the launch of the group comes in response to the need for Islamic countries for an effective platform that brings together economic leaders and decision-makers to unify efforts towards comprehensive and sustainable economic development. He pointed out that the "B57+" group represents the long-awaited unifying platform to connect business leaders and decision-makers in OIC member countries, emphasizing that it will transition economic relations from dialogue to deal-making and practical integration, enhancing the transformation of ideas into real developmental projects.
Shared Prosperity
He indicated that the main goal of the group is to build a unified Islamic economic network that leads to a new phase of shared prosperity and supports partnerships between the public and private sectors. He clarified that the "Plus+" symbol in the initiative's name reflects strategic openness and comprehensive expansion to include non-member countries that have large Muslim communities around the world, making it a comprehensive global platform that contributes to linking Islamic economies with the global economy.
Practical Platform
The Chairman of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development added that the annual summit of the "B57+" group, which is held as part of the "B57+ Business Leaders Summit" alongside the meetings of the Economic and Commercial Cooperation Committee of the OIC (COMCEC), will be more than a traditional conference. It will form a practical platform for deal-making, exchanging solutions, and coordinating efforts between the public and private sectors, emphasizing that the success of the initiative will be measured by its ability to stimulate intra-trade, the number of signed partnerships, and its impact on the economic policies of member states. He added, "With this new initiative, we are establishing an economic integration system within our Islamic countries. Therefore, I have believed throughout my long journey in the necessity of genuine partnership between the public and private sectors, mobilizing and coordinating efforts for a more prosperous future for our nations."
Stimulating Environment
Sheikh Abdullah Saleh Kamel mentioned that the "B57+" group will work to build a cohesive Islamic economic network that contributes to shaping development policies, enhancing joint investment, and providing a stimulating environment for young entrepreneurs, positively reflecting on the economies and communities of member states.
The Chairman of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development affirmed that the initiative represents a strategic support for the efforts of the OIC and the COMCEC in achieving economic integration, pointing out that the chamber aims, through this step, to establish a practical roadmap to stimulate intra-trade and expand the presence of the Islamic private sector in global markets, in addition to repositioning it as an active partner in building the future of the global economy.
Strategic Partner
The Business Leaders Summit 2025 is organized in partnership with the Permanent Committee for Economic and Commercial Cooperation of the OIC and the Turkish Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges, with the participation of the arbitration center affiliated with the OIC as a strategic partner. The summit also witnesses the participation of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum as a youth partner, embodying a shared commitment to drive innovation, empower emerging generations, and strengthen cooperation in the global Islamic business ecosystem.
It is worth mentioning that the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development is an international non-governmental organization affiliated with the OIC, established in 1977, and is the largest representative of the private sector in Islamic countries. The chamber's membership consists of federations and national chambers of commerce and industry in member countries, aiming to enhance cooperation in the fields of trade, information technology, insurance and reinsurance, navigation, financial and banking services, promoting investment opportunities, and developing joint investment projects.
