تنظر محكمة أسرة قصر النيل، غداً (الثلاثاء)، في النزاع القضائي بين الفنان المصري بيومي فؤاد وطليقته، وقررت المحكمة تأجيل 4 دعاوى مقامة ضده تتعلق بنفقة طفلهما ونفقة المدرسة والمسكن والحضانة.
رفض الإنفاق
وأكدت طليقة بيومي فؤاد رفضه الإنفاق على طفليهما ما دفعها إلى رفع 4 قضايا ضده أمام محكمة الأسرة.
وقالت في تصريحات إعلامية أمس (الأحد)، حصلت أخيراً على حكم بالولاية التعليمية للطفل، مشيرة إلى توليها وحدها كافة مصروفات ابنها خلال الفترة الماضية.
الحل الودي
وأوضحت بأن كل المحاولات لحل المشكلة ودياً باءت بالفشل، ما اضطرها في النهاية لرفع القضايا الأربع بنفقة المدرسة والمسكن والحضانة للطفل، لافتة إلى أن محاولات التسوية الودية استمرت لفترة، إلا أن فؤاد أكد عدم قدرته على سداد الالتزامات المطلوبة، ما دفعها للجوء إلى القضاء للمطالبة بحقوق الطفل القانونية.
الولاية التعليمية
وتعد «الولاية التعليمية» من القضايا الشائعة أمام محاكم الأسرة في مصر، إذ تلجأ بعض الأمهات للحصول عليها في حال وجود خلافات مع الأب بشأن المصروفات الدراسية أو إجراءات التعليم الخاصة بالأبناء، بما يمنح الوالدة حق اتخاذ القرارات التعليمية للطفل قانونياً.
نشاط مكثف
وتأتي هذه الأزمة القضائية في وقت يواصل فيه فؤاد نشاطه الفني المكثف في السينما والدراما خلال السنوات الأخيرة، إذ يعتبر من أكثر الفنانين حضوراً في الأعمال الكوميدية والاجتماعية.
أما آخر أعماله فهو مسلسل «الفرنساوي» الذي يعرض حالياً على إحدى المنصات وحقق نجاحاً ملحوظاً. والعمل من بطولة كل من عمرو يوسف، وجمال سليمان، وسوسن بدر، وسامي الشيخ وبيومي فؤاد.
The Family Court of Qasr El-Nil will hear tomorrow (Tuesday) the legal dispute between Egyptian artist Bayoumi Fouad and his ex-wife. The court has decided to postpone four lawsuits filed against him concerning child support, school fees, housing, and custody.
Refusal to Support
Bayoumi Fouad's ex-wife confirmed his refusal to provide financial support for their children, which prompted her to file four lawsuits against him in the Family Court.
In media statements yesterday (Sunday), she mentioned that she recently obtained a ruling for educational custody of the child, indicating that she has been solely responsible for all her son's expenses during the past period.
Friendly Resolution
She explained that all attempts to resolve the issue amicably failed, which ultimately forced her to file the four lawsuits for school fees, housing, and custody for the child. She pointed out that attempts at a friendly settlement continued for a while, but Fouad confirmed his inability to meet the required obligations, which led her to resort to the courts to claim the child's legal rights.
Educational Custody
“Educational custody” is one of the common issues before Family Courts in Egypt, as some mothers seek it in cases of disputes with the father regarding school expenses or educational procedures for the children, granting the mother the legal right to make educational decisions for the child.

This legal crisis comes at a time when Fouad continues his intensive artistic activity in cinema and drama in recent years, as he is considered one of the most present artists in comedic and social works.
His latest work is the series “El-Faransawy,” which is currently airing on one of the platforms and has achieved notable success. The series stars Amr Youssef, Jamal Suleiman, Sawsan Badr, Sami El-Sheikh, and Bayoumi Fouad.
