كشف عضو المجلس الأعلى للشؤون الإسلامية المصرية الداعية خالد الجندي تفاصيل إنسانية ودينية عن الفنان المصري الراحل هاني شاكر، مؤكدًا أن شخصيته الحقيقية كانت مختلفة عن الصورة التي يعرفها كثيرون عنه كفنان فقط.
تلاوة القرآن الكريم
وقال الجندي في برنامجه التلفزيوني «لعلهم يفقهون» إن هاني شاكر كان حريصًا على أداء الصلاة وقراءة القرآن الكريم، مشيرًا إلى أنه كان يمتلك قدرة جيدة على التلاوة، كما عرف بكرمه وهدوئه وابتسامته الدائمة في التعامل مع من حوله.
ابتعاده عن أجواء السهر
وأضاف أن الراحل كان شديد الالتزام في تصرفاته وكلماته، إذ كان ينتقي ألفاظه بعناية كبيرة، كما اعتاد الظهور برفقة زوجته في معظم المناسبات، لافتًا إلى أنه عرف أيضًا بابتعاده عن أجواء السهر والتصرفات المثيرة للجدل.
إمام صلاة الجنازة
وفي السياق نفسه، حرص خالد الجندي أمس على التواجد في مراسم وداع هاني شاكر، حيث تولى إمامة المصلين خلال صلاة الجنازة على جثمان الفنان الراحل، التي أقيمت أمس وسط حضور واسع من نجوم الفن.
وفاة هاني شاكر
يذكر أن هاني شاكر رحل عن عالمنا عن عمر ناهز الـ74 عاماً بعد صراع طويل مع المرض، حيث تدهورت حالته الصحية بشكل كبير، ما أدى إلى احتجازه في غرفة العناية المركزة في باريس، بعد أن غادر البلاد لاستكمال رحلة علاجه في فرنسا.

El-Gendy stated in his television program "Perhaps They Understand" that Hani Shaker was keen on performing prayers and reading the Holy Quran, noting that he had a good ability to recite, and was known for his generosity, calmness, and constant smile when interacting with those around him.

He added that the late artist was very committed in his actions and words, as he carefully chose his expressions, and was accustomed to appearing with his wife at most events, pointing out that he was also known for staying away from nightlife and controversial behaviors.
Imam of the Funeral Prayer
In the same context, Khaled El-Gendy was keen yesterday to be present at the farewell ceremonies for Hani Shaker, where he led the prayers during the funeral prayer for the late artist, which took place yesterday with a wide attendance of art stars.
Death of Hani Shaker
It is worth mentioning that Hani Shaker passed away at the age of 74 after a long battle with illness, as his health condition deteriorated significantly, leading to his hospitalization in the intensive care unit in Paris, after he left the country to continue his treatment journey in France.
