أعلنت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة مكة المكرمة صدور قرار يقضي بتحويل الدراسة من النظام «الحضوري» إلى نظام «التعليم عن بُعد» عبر المنصات الرقمية المعتمدة، وذلك في مجموعة مختارة من مدارس المنطقة، تزامناً مع بدء التجهيزات المكثفة لاستقبال موسم الحج لهذا العام.
ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار الجهود الحكومية المتكاملة لرفع كفاءة إدارة الحشود وتنظيم الحركة المرورية في العاصمة المقدسة.
ويهدف القرار بشكل أساسي إلى تخفيف الازدحام المروري وتقليل كثافة المركبات في الطرق الحيوية لتسهيل حركة تنقل الحجاج والجهات الخدمية وكذلك دعم الخطط التنظيمية من حيث مساندة الجهات الأمنية والمرورية في تنفيذ خطط إدارة الحركة في المنطقة المركزية والمحاور الرئيسية إضافة إلى ضمان استمرارية التعليم بحيث لا تتوقف العملية التعليمية للطلاب والطالبات من خلال تفعيل «منصة مدرستي» والوسائل الرقمية.
سيبدأ تطبيق هذا القرار اعتباراً من الأسبوع القادم، وتحديداً خلال أيام (الثلاثاء، الأربعاء، والخميس). أما المدارس المشمولة بالقرار فقد تم تحديدها بناءً على موقعها الجغرافي وحاجتها التشغيلية، وتشمل:
1. مدارس المنطقة المركزية: المدارس المحيطة بالحرم المكي الشريف.
2. مدارس المحاور الرئيسية: المؤسسات التعليمية المطلة على الطرق المحورية الكبرى، مثل الطريق الدائري الثاني والطريق الدائري الثالث.
3. المقرات الحكومية: المدارس التي تم تخصيصها لتكون مقرات للجهات الحكومية المشاركة في أعمال وخدمات موسم الحج.
وأكدت إدارة تعليم مكة أن هناك تنسيقاً رفيع المستوى مع مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان «انسيابية العمل» خلال الموسم. كما وجهت الإدارة قادة المدارس المعنية والكوادر التعليمية بضرورة المتابعة الدقيقة عبر المنصات الرقمية لضمان استفادة الطلاب الكاملة من الحصص الدراسية المقررة خلال هذه الفترة، مشيرة إلى أن هذا القرار يعكس مرونة المنظومة التعليمية في المملكة العربية السعودية وقدرتها على التكيف مع المتطلبات الوطنية الكبرى، بما يضمن راحة ضيوف الرحمن وسلامة العملية التعليمية في آن واحد.
The General Administration of Education in the Makkah Region has announced a decision to shift from the "in-person" education system to the "remote learning" system via approved digital platforms, in a selected group of schools in the region, coinciding with the intensive preparations for this year's Hajj season.
This measure is part of the integrated government efforts to enhance crowd management and organize traffic flow in the holy capital.
The decision primarily aims to alleviate traffic congestion and reduce the density of vehicles on vital roads to facilitate the movement of pilgrims and service entities, as well as to support organizational plans in terms of assisting security and traffic authorities in implementing traffic management plans in the central area and main corridors, in addition to ensuring the continuity of education so that the educational process for students does not stop by activating the "Madrasati" platform and digital means.
This decision will be implemented starting next week, specifically on (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). The schools included in the decision have been identified based on their geographical location and operational needs, and they include:
1. Central Area Schools: schools surrounding the Holy Mosque.
2. Main Corridor Schools: educational institutions overlooking major arterial roads, such as the second ring road and the third ring road.
3. Government Headquarters: schools designated to serve as headquarters for government entities participating in the works and services of the Hajj season.
The Makkah Education Administration confirmed that there is high-level coordination with various relevant entities to ensure "smooth operations" during the season. The administration also instructed the leaders of the concerned schools and educational staff to closely monitor through digital platforms to ensure that students fully benefit from the scheduled lessons during this period, noting that this decision reflects the flexibility of the educational system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its ability to adapt to major national requirements, ensuring the comfort of the guests of Allah and the safety of the educational process at the same time.
