تحدثت المطربة المغربية دنيا بطمة عن تجربتها خلال قضائها عامًا كاملًا في سجن الوداية بمراكش، تنفيذًا لحكم قضائي في قضيتها الشهيرة «حمزة مون بيبي».
ودخلت بطمة أثناء لقاء تلفزيوني في نوبة بكاء وهي تسترجع فترة السجن، ووصفت ابتعادها عن بناتها بأنه أصعب ما مرت به، مؤكدة أن والدتها كانت تتولى رعايتهن.
بناتي لم يعرفوا الحقيقة
وأوضحت أن بناتها لم يكن يعرفن الحقيقة، وأنهم كانوا يعتقدون أنها مسافرة، معربة عن تأثرها بهذا الموقف قائلة: «فراق بناتي كان صعب عليا وهما مساكين».

كما أكدت بطمة أن المواقف الصعبة تظهر معادن الناس، وأنه في تلك الفترة وقف إلى جانبها عدد قليل من الأشخاص، بينهم من لم تكن تعرفهم سابقًا.
سبب حبس دنيا بطمة
يذكر أن قضت محاكم مدينة مراكش بسجن دنيا بطمة لمدة سنة واحدة حبسًا نافذًا، بعد أن أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية حكمًا أوليًا بالسجن 8 أشهر، قبل أن تقوم محكمة الاستئناف بتشديد العقوبة بإضافة 4 أشهر أخرى.
أزمات دنيا بطمة القضائية
وجاءت الإدانة على خلفية تورطها في قضايا تتعلق بالولوج غير المشروع إلى أنظمة معلوماتية، وتعطيل عملها والتلاعب بمعالجة المعطيات، إضافة إلى نشر محتويات رقمية تضم صورًا وتصريحات دون موافقة أصحابها، وبث وقائع كاذبة بقصد التشهير والتهديد.

During a television interview, Batma broke down in tears as she recalled her time in prison, describing her separation from her daughters as the hardest thing she had ever gone through, confirming that her mother took care of them.

She explained that her daughters did not know the truth and believed she was traveling, expressing her emotional impact from this situation by saying: "The separation from my daughters was hard for me, and they are poor things."

It is worth mentioning that the courts of Marrakech sentenced Donia Batma to one year in prison, after the primary court issued an initial ruling of 8 months, before the appeals court increased the sentence by adding another 4 months.

The conviction came in connection with her involvement in cases related to unauthorized access to information systems, disrupting their operations, and manipulating data processing, in addition to publishing digital content that included images and statements without the consent of their owners, and broadcasting false incidents with the intent to defame and threaten.
