حرّرت الفنانة المصرية دينا الشربيني بلاغًا رسميًا ضد القائمين على أربع صفحات عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بعد نشرهم أخبارًا وصفتها بأنها كاذبة ومضللة ولا تستند إلى أي مصادر موثوقة.
اتهامات بتشويه السمعة
وقالت الجهة القانونية الممثلة للفنانة في بيان صحفي، إن الصفحات المتهمة تعمدت الإساءة إلى دينا الشربيني وتشويه صورتها أمام الرأي العام، عبر تداول محتوى يحمل طابع التشهير، وادعاءات لا تقوم على أي دلائل حقيقية.
إجراءات قانونية لملاحقة الصفحات المسيئة
وشدد البيان على أن ما تم نشره يمثل تعديًا واضحًا على سمعة الفنانة وحقوقها، ما استدعى اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية لمحاسبة المسؤولين عن تلك الصفحات، ووقف حملات التضليل التي تستهدفها على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
تعهد بملاحقة مروّجي الشائعات
وأكدت الجهة القانونية أن دينا الشربيني ستواصل اتخاذ كل الخطوات اللازمة لحماية حقوقها، مشيرة إلى أن القانون سيلاحق كل من يروج معلومات مغلوطة أو يتعمد الإساءة عبر الفضاء الإلكتروني.
بلاغات سابقة ضد إعلامية وعدة حسابات
وكانت الفنانة قد تقدمت في وقت سابق ببلاغ رسمي ضد الإعلامية المصرية مروة صبري وعدد من حسابات السوشيال ميديا، متهمة إياهم بنشر شائعات مسيئة، ونفت بشكل قاطع ما تردد عن ارتباط اسمها بانفصال الفنان كريم محمود عبدالعزيز عن زوجته، مؤكدة أن تلك الادعاءات تستهدف تشويه صورتها أمام الجمهور.

The legal representative of the artist stated in a press release that the accused pages deliberately sought to harm Dina El Sherbiny and tarnish her image in the public eye, by circulating content that is defamatory and based on unfounded claims.

The statement emphasized that what has been published constitutes a clear violation of the artist's reputation and rights, necessitating legal actions to hold those responsible for these pages accountable and to stop the misleading campaigns targeting her on social media platforms.
Commitment to Pursue Rumor Mongers
The legal entity confirmed that Dina El Sherbiny will continue to take all necessary steps to protect her rights, noting that the law will pursue anyone who spreads false information or deliberately harms her through the online space.
Previous Complaints Against a Media Figure and Several Accounts
The artist had previously filed an official complaint against the Egyptian media figure Marwa Sabry and several social media accounts, accusing them of spreading harmful rumors, and she firmly denied the rumors linking her name to the separation of artist Karim Mahmoud Abdel Aziz from his wife, asserting that these claims aim to tarnish her image in front of the public.
