أكد الأمين العام المساعد لقطاع الفنون في المجلس الوطني للثقافة والفنون والآداب مساعد الزامل أن المجلس سيتخذ إجراءات صارمة ضد الشركات المنتجة لعروض الـ«ستاند أب كوميدي» التي لا تلتزم بلائحة إجازة العروض والقوانين ذات الصلة بالحفاظ على الآداب العامة.
وقال الزامل: «المجلس الوطني للثقافة والفنون لن يتهاون في تطبيق اللوائح المنظمة، وسيتم اتخاذ الجزاءات المنصوص عليها في اللائحة ضد أي جهة تخالف التعليمات أو تقدم محتوى يتنافى مع القيم والآداب العامة»، مشيرا إلى أن الهدف من هذه الإجراءات هو ضمان تقديم عروض فنية راقية تحترم الذوق العام وتعكس صورة الفن الكويتي المسؤول.
The Assistant Secretary-General for the Arts Sector at the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters, Musaad Al-Zamel, confirmed that the council will take strict measures against companies producing "stand-up comedy" shows that do not comply with the performance licensing regulations and the laws related to maintaining public morals.
Al-Zamel stated: "The National Council for Culture and Arts will not tolerate violations of the organizing regulations, and penalties stipulated in the regulations will be imposed on any entity that violates the instructions or presents content that contradicts public values and morals," pointing out that the aim of these measures is to ensure the presentation of high-quality artistic performances that respect public taste and reflect the image of responsible Kuwaiti art.
