يستعد الفنان الشاب أمير المصري لبدء تصوير الموسم الثاني من المسلسل الأمريكي الشهير «The Agency»، الذي يأتي بعنوان «Central Intelligence».
ويقدم أمير المصري خلاله شخصية ضابط مخابرات إماراتي يُدعى «سعيد». وأعرب أمير عن سعادته بالمشاركة في هذا العمل العالمي، مؤكداً أنه سيكون مفاجأة لجمهوره.
نخبة من نجوم هوليوود
المسلسل تشارك في بطولته نخبة من نجوم هوليوود، أبرزهم مايكل فاسبندر، جودي تيرنر سميث، جيفري رايت، كاثرين ووترستون، هارييت سانسوم هاريس، جون ماجارو، ساورا لايتفوت ليون، إلى جانب النجم الكبير ريتشارد جير.
تجربتان سينمائيتان بمهرجان لندن
وفي سياق آخر، يخوض أمير المصري تجربة سينمائية مزدوجة في مهرجان لندن السينمائي الدولي بدورته الـ69، إذ يشارك بفيلمين هما «100 Nights of Hero» الذي يُعرض في ختام المهرجان بعد أن نال إشادات واسعة خلال عرضه بمهرجان فينيسيا السينمائي الأخير، وفيلم «Giant» الذي يشهد عرضه العالمي الأول ضمن فعاليات المهرجان المقرر إقامته بين 8 و19 أكتوبر القادم.
فيلم «100 Nights of Hero» مأخوذ عن رواية للكاتبة إيزابيل غرينبيرغ، ومن إخراج جوليا جاكمان، ويشارك في بطولته إلى جانب أمير المصري كل من إيما كورين، مايكا مونرو، نيك جاليتزين، ريتشارد جرنت. ويؤدي أمير شخصية «جيروم» في إطار درامي يجمع بين الرومانسية والخيال داخل قلعة نائية تتصاعد فيها الأحداث بعد وصول ضيف غامض يقلب الموازين.
أما فيلم «Giant»، فيتناول السيرة الذاتية للملاكم اليمني البريطاني نسيم حميد، ويرصد رحلته من بداياته في شوارع شيفيلد حتى تحوله إلى بطل عالمي في الملاكمة، تحت إشراف مدربه الشهير بريندان أنجل. الفيلم من تأليف وإخراج روان أثالي، ويشارك في بطولته النجم العالمي بيرس بروسنان، ومن إنتاج أسطورة هوليوود سيلفستر ستالون. ومن المقرر طرحه قريباً في دور العرض بالمملكة المتحدة، وأوروبا، وأمريكا، والشرق الأوسط.

Two Film Experiences at the London Festival
In another context, Amir El-Masry is embarking on a dual cinematic experience at the 69th London Film Festival, as he participates in two films: "100 Nights of Hero," which will be screened at the end of the festival after receiving wide acclaim during its showing at the recent Venice Film Festival, and the film "Giant," which will have its world premiere as part of the festival activities scheduled to take place from October 8 to 19.
The film "100 Nights of Hero" is based on a novel by author Isabel Greenberg and is directed by Julia Jackman. Alongside Amir El-Masry, the cast includes Emma Corrin, Maika Monroe, Nick Galitzine, and Richard Grant. Amir plays the character "Jerome" in a dramatic framework that combines romance and fantasy within a remote castle where events escalate after the arrival of a mysterious guest who turns the tables.
On the other hand, the film "Giant" explores the biography of British-Yemeni boxer Naseem Hamed, tracing his journey from his beginnings on the streets of Sheffield to becoming a world champion in boxing, under the guidance of his famous trainer Brendan Ingle. The film is written and directed by Rawan Atallah and stars global icon Pierce Brosnan, produced by Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone. It is set to be released soon in theaters across the UK, Europe, America, and the Middle East.
