شيعت جنازة الفنان المصري الراحل لطفي لبيب في منطقة مصر الجديدة على أن يتم دفنه في مقابر العاشر من رمضان، وسط حضور محبيه وأصدقائه لإلقاء النظرة الأخيرة وتوديعه إلى مثواه الأخير.
كما وصل جثمان الراحل في تابوت أبيض محمولا على الأكتاف، وذلك بحضور أقاربه والنجوم محمود حميدة، وبشرى، ومنير مكرم، أشرف زكي، ومراد مكرم، وزير الثقافة في مصر، والإعلامي أسامة منير، طارق النهري، حمزة العيلي، صبري فواز، سلوى محمد علي، خالد كمار، طارق النهري، وغيرهم من نجوم الفن.
واستقرت أسرة لطفي لبيب على استقبال عزاء الراحل اليوم الخميس بدءًا من 6 مساء، ويستكمل العزاء بعد غد السبت فى نفس المكان من الساعة 6 إلى العاشرة مساء.
يذكر أن لطفي لبيب عانى في أيامه الأخيرة، من نزيف في الحنجرة نتيجة للالتهاب الرئوي، أدى إلى مشكلة في التنفس وتم وضعه على أجهزة تنفس، إلى أن لفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة، تاركاً خلفه أعمالا فنية مميزة في الدراما والسينما سيظل يتذكرها الجمهور.
تميز الفنان لطفى لبيب بتاريخ كبير في السينما والدراما، حيث قدم أكثر من 100 فيلم سينمائي، وأكثر من 30 عملا دراميا، وعمل مع نجوم كبار مثل النجم الكبير عادل إمام في عدد من الأفلام آخرها السفارة في العمارة، كما ساند عددا من نجوم الفن في ظهورهم بأولى بطولاتهم مثل مي عز الدين، وحسن حسني، ومحمد سعد، وأحمد مكي، وغيرهم.

Lotfy Labib's family has decided to receive condolences for the late artist today, Thursday, starting at 6 PM, with the condolences continuing the day after tomorrow, Saturday, at the same location from 6 to 10 PM.
It is worth mentioning that Lotfy Labib suffered in his final days from bleeding in the throat due to pneumonia, which led to breathing problems, and he was placed on breathing machines until he took his last breath, leaving behind remarkable artistic works in drama and cinema that the audience will always remember.
The artist Lotfy Labib had a significant history in cinema and drama, having presented more than 100 films and over 30 dramatic works, and he worked with major stars such as the great Adel Imam in several films, the last of which was "The Embassy in the Building." He also supported several stars in their first leading roles, including Mai Ezz El Din, Hassan Hosny, Mohamed Saad, Ahmed Mekky, and others.
