رد رجل الأعمال المصري نجيب ساويرس، على تصريحات الإعلامي مصطفى بكري، التي أدلى بها أمس (الثلاثاء) خلال استضافته ببرنامج «بالورقة والقلم» مع الإعلامي نشأت الديهي، والتي أكد من خلالها بأن ساويرس لم يرفع دعوى قضائية ضده.
أخبار كاذبة
وقال ساويرس، عبر تغريدة نشرها على منصة «إكس»، مصطفى بكري اعتاد نشر الأخبار الكاذبة عني، مؤكداً صدور حكم في الدعوى رقم 19016 لسنة 2007 تعويضات كلي جنوب القاهرة، والخاصة بالمقال المنشور في جريدة «الأسبوع» بتاريخ 1 ديسمبر2007، والتي كان بكري يشغل خلالها منصبي رئيس مجلس الإدارة ورئيس التحرير.
100 ألف جنيه
وأوضح ساويرس، بأن المحكمة ألزمت مصطفى بكري، بسداد مبلغ 100 ألف جنيه، بخلاف المصروفات ومقابل أتعاب المحاماة، تعويضاً عن الأضرار التي لحقت به، مؤكدًا بأن الحكم أصبح نهائيًا وباتًا نافذاً بعد تأييده من محكمتي الاستئناف والنقض، إلا أن مصطفى بكري لم يسدد مبلغ التعويض حتى الآن.

من جانبه، كشف الإعلامي والنائب البرلماني مصطفى بكري، خلال اللقاء تفاصيل القضية المقامة ضده من قبل رجل الأعمال نجيب ساويرس، موضحاً ملابسات ما تناولته وسائل إعلام حول زيارة الأخير لإسرائيل ولقائه رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو.
وأوضح بأن ما نشره سابقاً كان استناداً إلى ما تناولته الصحافة الإسرائيلية في ذلك الوقت، مشدداً على أنه بمجرد أن أصدر رجل الأعمال نجيب ساويرس نفياً رسمياً لهذه الأنباء، قام هو بدوره بنشر هذا النفي وإعطائه حقه كاملاً في التوضيح.

Sawiris stated, in a tweet he posted on the "X" platform, that Mostafa Bakry is accustomed to spreading false news about him, confirming that a ruling was issued in case number 19016 for the year 2007 for total compensation in South Cairo, related to the article published in the newspaper "Al-Usbu" on December 1, 2007, during which Bakry held the positions of Chairman of the Board and Editor-in-Chief.
100,000 Egyptian Pounds
Sawiris explained that the court ordered Mostafa Bakry to pay an amount of 100,000 Egyptian pounds, in addition to expenses and attorney fees, as compensation for the damages he suffered, confirming that the ruling has become final and enforceable after being upheld by the appellate and cassation courts, yet Mostafa Bakry has not paid the compensation amount until now.

For his part, the media figure and parliament member Mostafa Bakry revealed during the interview the details of the case filed against him by businessman Naguib Sawiris, explaining the circumstances surrounding what the media reported about the latter's visit to Israel and his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
He clarified that what he published earlier was based on what the Israeli press reported at that time, emphasizing that as soon as businessman Naguib Sawiris issued an official denial of this news, he, in turn, published this denial and gave it its full right in clarification.
