دشّن المركز الوطني للأرصاد غرفة عمليات لمراقبة السحببمقره في جدة، بحضور رئيسه التنفيذي المشرف العام على البرنامج الإقليمي لاستمطار السحب الدكتور أيمن بن سالم غلام في إطار تطوير البيئة التشغيلية للبرنامج، والتكامل والتنسيق بين الفرق والجهات ذات العلاقة، لدعم عمليات الاستمطار وتسريع اتخاذ القرار وتحسين كفاءة التنفيذ.
تضم الغرفة خمس فرق تشغيلية ومنصة تنفيذية موحدة لدعم الموقف التشغيلي اليومي، بعرض البيانات ومؤشرات الأداء، ومراجعة النشرات الجوية والخطط التشغيلية، واستعراض جاهزية الطائرات والأنظمة والفرق.
The National Center of Meteorology has launched an operations room to monitor clouds at its headquarters in Jeddah, with the presence of its CEO, the General Supervisor of the Regional Cloud Seeding Program, Dr. Ayman bin Salem Ghulam, as part of the development of the operational environment for the program, and the integration and coordination between the teams and relevant entities, to support cloud seeding operations, accelerate decision-making, and improve implementation efficiency.
The room includes five operational teams and a unified executive platform to support the daily operational situation, by displaying data and performance indicators, reviewing weather bulletins and operational plans, and showcasing the readiness of aircraft, systems, and teams.
