أعلن الفنان المصري مصطفى كامل، نقيب المهن الموسيقية في مصر، شطب 3 أعضاء من شعبة الأداء الصوتي نهائياً، بجانب اتخاذ النقابة حزمة من الإجراءات الصارمة لضبط الساحة الغنائية والحفاظ على الذوق العام في مصر.
وأصدر مصطفى كامل بياناً حاسماً بشأن أعضاء الجمعية العمومية، وحاملي التصاريح، مؤكداً أن النقابة تابعت في سرية تامة ودون ضجيج إعلامي كافة الحفلات الغنائية في القاهرة والمحافظات، لاسيما في منطقة الساحل الشمالي، وذلك بتحليل الفيديوهات المتداولة.
وتابع كامل أن المتابعة أسفرت عن شطب نهائي لعضوية 3 من أعضاء شعبة الأداء الصوتي بسبب خرقهم تعهدات سابقة تمنع إعادة نشر أو تقديم فيديوهات قديمة، موضحاً أنه تعمّد عدم ذكر أسمائهم لتجنّب منحهم شهرة لا يستحقونها، ولا تزال عمليات الرصد مستمرة لضبط كل من يخالف اللوائح.
وأضاف مصطفى كامل أن النقابة نسّقت مع الجهات الرسمية وعلى رأسها الإدارة العامة للمصنفات الفنية، وقدمت لها قوائم المخالفين من غير الأعضاء أو غير الحاصلين على تصاريح، وطالبت باتخاذ إجراءات قانونية فورية ضدهم، كما تم تكليف الإدارة القانونية للنقابة بمتابعة المخالفات في جميع المحافظات.
وأشار كامل إلى أن النقابة كانت تعاملت بحكمة وإنصاف من قبل مع بعض الحالات، مكتفية بقرارات إيقاف مؤقت دون فرض غرامات، مشدداً على أن النقابة تمر حالياً بـ«أزهى عصورها» مالياً، ما يعزز قدرتها على اتخاذ قرارات عادلة دون ضغوط.
وفي ختام البيان، أعلن مصطفى كامل ورود فيديوهات جديدة توثق تجاوزات لبعض الفنانين، معلناً أنه بدءاً من الغد سيتم فتح تحقيقات جديدة، وتوقيع غرامات كبيرة، وشطب عضويات غير المستحقين، كما توجهت النقابة لمخاطبة وزارة السياحة وغرفة المنشآت السياحية لمنع التعامل مع الأماكن التي تروج للانحطاط الفني.
The Egyptian artist Mustafa Kamel, the head of the Musicians' Syndicate in Egypt, announced the permanent expulsion of 3 members from the Vocal Performance Division, in addition to the syndicate taking a series of strict measures to regulate the musical scene and maintain public taste in Egypt.
Kamel issued a decisive statement regarding the members of the General Assembly and permit holders, confirming that the syndicate has been monitoring all musical events in Cairo and the governorates in complete secrecy and without media noise, especially in the North Coast area, by analyzing the circulated videos.
Kamel continued that the monitoring resulted in the final expulsion of 3 members from the Vocal Performance Division due to their violation of previous commitments that prohibit the re-publication or presentation of old videos, explaining that he deliberately refrained from mentioning their names to avoid giving them fame they do not deserve, and that monitoring operations are ongoing to control anyone who violates the regulations.
Mustafa Kamel added that the syndicate coordinated with official authorities, led by the General Administration of Artistic Works, and provided them with lists of violators who are not members or do not hold permits, demanding immediate legal action against them. The legal department of the syndicate has also been tasked with monitoring violations in all governorates.
Kamel pointed out that the syndicate had previously dealt wisely and fairly with some cases, contenting itself with temporary suspension decisions without imposing fines, stressing that the syndicate is currently going through its "most prosperous era" financially, which enhances its ability to make fair decisions without pressure.
At the end of the statement, Mustafa Kamel announced the arrival of new videos documenting violations by some artists, declaring that starting tomorrow, new investigations will be opened, large fines will be imposed, and memberships of those unworthy will be revoked. The syndicate also intends to communicate with the Ministry of Tourism and the Chamber of Tourism Establishments to prevent dealings with places that promote artistic degradation.
