قضت محكمة الطفل بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر في مصر، بحبس نجل الفنان المصري محمد رمضان لمدة عام واحد مع إيقاف التنفيذ، في واقعة اتهامه بالتعدي بالضرب على زميله داخل نادٍ شهير.
وشهدت الجلسة الماضية حضور محمد رمضان داخل قاعة المحكمة لمساندة نجله، بينما تغيب الأخير عن المثول أمام هيئة المحكمة، في حين حضرت والدة الطفل المعتدى عليه، وقدمت هيئة الدفاع وثيقة رسمية تفيد بالتصالح بين الطرفين أثناء نظر المعارضة على قرار الإيداع.
وفي سياق آخر، أعلن محمد رمضان، أخيراً، انتهاء الخلاف مع أسرة الطفل التي اتُهم نجله بالتعدي عليه، إذ نشر الفنان صورة من جلسة الصلح بحضور أسرة الطفل عبر حسابه الشخصي بمنصة التواصل الاجتماعي «فيسبوك».
وكتب محمد رمضان: «كل اللي فات إشاعات، علي ابني وعمر اخوات، وتم الصلح في أجواء عائلية، والحمد لله كسبت أخ وأخت محمد سالم ورولا، ربنا يديم المحبة والأخوة دائماً، وربنا يحفظ لكم عمر ويحفظ لي علي واخواته».
وتعود الواقعة إلى بلاغ قدّمته مديرة شركة إعلانات ضد نجل رمضان، بعد مشادة بينه وبين نجلها تطورت إلى اعتداء تسبب في إصابة الأخير بكدمات في الوجه.
The child court in 6th of October City, Egypt, sentenced the son of Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan to one year in prison with a suspended sentence, in a case where he was accused of assaulting a classmate inside a famous club.
During the last session, Mohamed Ramadan was present in the courtroom to support his son, while the latter was absent from appearing before the court. The mother of the assaulted child attended and the defense team presented an official document indicating a reconciliation between the two parties while the appeal against the deposit decision was being considered.
In another context, Mohamed Ramadan recently announced the end of the dispute with the family of the child his son was accused of assaulting, as the artist posted a picture from the reconciliation session attended by the child's family on his personal account on the social media platform "Facebook".
Mohamed Ramadan wrote: "Everything that happened was rumors, my son Ali has siblings, and the reconciliation took place in a family atmosphere. Thank God, I gained a brother and sister, Mohamed Salem and Rola. May God always keep love and brotherhood, and may God protect you, Omar, and protect Ali and his siblings."
The incident dates back to a complaint filed by the manager of an advertising company against Ramadan's son, after a quarrel between him and her son escalated into an assault that resulted in the latter sustaining bruises on his face.
