قررت محكمة مصر الجديدة إخلاء سبيل المطرب المصري بهاء سلطان عقب استجوابه للتحقيق على خلفية اتهامه بطرح عمل فني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، دون الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من الجهات المختصة.

كان الفنان قد حضر إلى سراي النيابة، أمس (الثلاثاء)، بعد استدعائه رسميًا للتحقيق في البلاغ المقدم ضده من جهاز الرقابة على المصنفات الفنية.
وأفادت الشكوى المقدمة بأن المطرب قام بإصدار ونشر أغنية عبر الوسائط الإلكترونية دون استخراج الترخيص الفني المنصوص عليه قانونًا.
واستمعت النيابة لأقوال المطرب حول ملابسات إنتاج ونشر الأغنية، وأسباب عدم حصوله على التصاريح اللازمة، قبل أن تُصدر قرارها بإخلاء سبيله على ذمة القضية دون توجيه قرار لحين استكمال التحقيقات واستيفاء المستندات من الجهات المعنية.

The artist appeared at the prosecution's office yesterday (Tuesday) after being officially summoned for questioning regarding the complaint filed against him by the Artistic Works Censorship Authority.
The complaint stated that the singer issued and published a song through electronic media without obtaining the legally required artistic license.
The prosecution listened to the singer's statements regarding the circumstances of producing and publishing the song, and the reasons for not obtaining the necessary permits, before issuing its decision to release him pending the case without directing any charges until the investigations are completed and the documents are obtained from the relevant authorities.
Bahaa Sultan's Latest Artistic Works
On the artistic front, the song "Jad Al-Hussein" is Bahaa Sultan's latest release, in which he collaborated with artist Mohamed El-Sisi, marking their first artistic collaboration.
The song comes in celebration of the Hajj season and received notable interaction from the audience upon its release. The song was written and composed by Rami Gamal, with arrangements, mixing, and mastering by Wessam Abdel Moneim.
