حرّر محامٍ موكَّل عن المدير المسؤول عن صفحات الفنانة المصرية شيرين عبدالوهاب الرسمية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بلاغاً رسمياً في قسم شرطة في مدينة الشيخ زايد بمحافظة الجيزة المصرية يتهم فيه مدير الصفحات شيرين عبدالوهاب بالإساءة والتهديد المباشر بالإيذاء، نتيجة خلاف نشب بين الطرفين حول إدارة حساباتها الإلكترونية، مطالباً باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تجاهها حيال الواقعة.
ووفقاً لما جاء في المحضر، تعرّض مدير الصفحات لتهديد مباشر من جانب شيرين عبدالوهاب، تضمن ألفاظاً مسيئة، ما دفعه لتوثيق الواقعة قانونياً، ويجري رجال المباحث تحريات لكشف ملابسات الواقعة، وأخطرت النيابة المختصة التي بدأت بدورها التحقيق.
وتعود أزمة شيرين عبد الوهاب إلى يوم 8 مايو الماضي، عندما حرّر موكلها محضراً بقسم شرطة البساتين ضد مدير صفحاتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تتهمه فيه بالاستيلاء على هذه الصفحات ورفضه إعطاءها كلمات المرور الخاصة بها، وطالبها بأموال إضافية.
وأفادت التحريات الأولية أخيراً بأن المتهم اشترط مبالغ إضافية مقابل إعادة كلمات المرور، ما يشكل تهديداً صريحاً على الخصوصية الرقمية لشخصية عامة بحجم شيرين عبدالوهاب، ويمثل مخالفة قانونية جسيمة تستوجب الردع القانوني.

According to what was stated in the report, the page manager was subjected to a direct threat from Sherine Abdel Wahab, which included offensive language, prompting him to legally document the incident. Investigation officers are conducting inquiries to uncover the circumstances of the incident, and the relevant prosecution has been notified, which has begun its own investigation.
The crisis involving Sherine Abdel Wahab dates back to May 8 of last year, when her representative filed a report at the Al-Basatin police station against her social media page manager, accusing him of seizing these pages and refusing to provide her with the passwords, while demanding additional money from her.
Recent preliminary investigations indicated that the accused conditioned additional amounts in exchange for returning the passwords, which constitutes a clear threat to the digital privacy of a public figure like Sherine Abdel Wahab, and represents a serious legal violation that warrants legal deterrence.
