توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس اليوم هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد على أجزاء من منطقتي جازان وعسير، وتكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة على أجزاء من منطقة الباحة والأجزاء الجنوبية من منطقتي مكة المكرمة والشرقية.
كما تؤثر الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من تلك المناطق، كذلك على أجزاء من منطقتي الرياض والمدينة المنورة، وقد تصل إلى شبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية على أجزاء من منطقة نجران والطريق الساحلي الواصل إلى جازان.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى جنوبية غربية بسرعة 10-25 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وجنوبية غربية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 12-35 كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 45 كم/ساعة، مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط وخفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
وتكون حركة الرياح السطحية على الخليج العربي غربية إلى شمالية غربية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية شرقية إلى شرقية بسرعة 10-25 كم/ساعة تصل إلى أكثر من 45 كم/ساعة، مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، وحالة البحر خفيف الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكون السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report today the occurrence of moderate to heavy thunderstorms leading to flash floods, accompanied by hail showers in parts of the Jazan and Asir regions, with light to moderate rain in parts of the Al-Baha region and the southern parts of the Makkah and Eastern regions.
Active winds stirring up dust and sand will also affect parts of these areas, as well as parts of the Riyadh and Madinah regions, potentially leading to near-zero visibility in parts of the Najran region and along the coastal road leading to Jazan.
The report indicated that surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-25 km/h in the northern and central parts, and southwesterly to northwesterly at a speed of 12-35 km/h, reaching over 45 km/h, with thunderstorm clouds forming in the southern part. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one meter in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters, exceeding two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part. The sea condition will be slight in the northern and central parts and slight to moderate, reaching choppy with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part.
Surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf will be westerly to northwesterly in the northern and central parts, and northeasterly to easterly at a speed of 10-25 km/h, reaching over 45 km/h, with thunderstorm clouds forming in the southern part. Wave heights will range from half a meter to one meter, exceeding two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part. The sea condition will be slight, reaching choppy with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part.
