في خطوة جريئة لمحاولة إنقاذ ابنه من الإيداع في دار رعاية، قام الفنان المصري محمد رمضان بالتفاوض مع أسرة الطفل المجني عليه، للتنازل عن القضية مقابل تقديم مبلغ مادي، وصل إلى مليون جنيه، وذلك في محاولة لإنهاء الخلاف سريعاً.
وتغيب رمضان هو ونجله عن حضور جلسة المحاكمة، فيما حضرت والدة المجني عليه، لتصدر محكمة جنح الطفل بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر بالجيزة، قرارها بإيداع نجل محمد رمضان في إحدى دور الرعاية الاجتماعية، دون تحديد المدة.
وأفاد دفاع نجل محمد رمضان بأنه تعرض لوعكة صحية بعد علمه بجلسة محاكمته، وطالب بتأجيل أولى جلسات محاكمته في اتهامه بالاعتداء على زميله داخل أحد النوادي، إلا أن المحكمة لم تأخذ بطلبات الدفاع وأصدرت حكمها السابق.
واتهمت السيدة نجل محمد رمضان بالاعتداء على ابنها بالضرب، في مدينة 6 أكتوبر أثناء اللعب، وطالبت باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، فتحرر محضر بالواقعة، وأخطرت النيابة المختصة للتحقيق.
In a bold move to try to save his son from being placed in a care home, Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan negotiated with the family of the victim to drop the case in exchange for a financial settlement, which reached one million pounds, in an attempt to resolve the dispute quickly.
Ramadan and his son were absent from the trial session, while the mother of the victim attended, leading the Child Misdemeanor Court in 6th of October City in Giza to issue its decision to place Mohamed Ramadan's son in one of the social care homes, without specifying the duration.
The defense for Mohamed Ramadan's son stated that he suffered a health setback after learning about his trial session and requested to postpone the first session of his trial for allegedly assaulting a colleague inside one of the clubs, but the court did not accept the defense's requests and issued its previous ruling.
The woman accused Mohamed Ramadan's son of assaulting her son during play in 6th of October City and demanded the necessary legal actions to be taken, leading to a report being filed about the incident, and the relevant prosecution was notified to investigate.
