ينتظر سكان حي التعاون التابع لبلدة الطلحة شمال محافظة ظهران الجنوب بمنطقة عسير، استكمال الخدمات الأساسية لحيهم، التي تشمل السفلتة والإنارة والأرصفة والصرف الصحي وخدمة توصيل المياه، مؤكدين أن المحافظة حظيت بهذه الخدمات منذ سنوات، فيما لا يزال حي التعاون ينتظر وصولها.
وذكر كل من صالح علي قرحش، وسالم أحمد ربيث، وسفر آل عرام، وعلي صالح آل منصور، في حديثهم لـ«عكاظ»، أنهم يطالبون باستكمال جميع الخدمات، رغم طرح مطالبهم منذ فترات طويلة، مشيرين إلى أن الحي يتبع لمحافظة ظهران الجنوب، ويقع على مسافة 15 كيلومتراً شمالاً، ويسكنه مواطنون منذ عشرات السنين.
وأكد الأهالي ضرورة إكمال جميع الخدمات للحي، لافتين إلى حاجته أيضاً إلى برج للاتصالات، في ظل انعدام شبكة الاتصال داخل المنازل، الأمر الذي أصبح يشكل معاناة للسكان، خصوصاً مع ارتباط التعليم بالإنترنت وتطبيق التعليم المدمج في المدارس، واعتماد الطلاب على الإنترنت للدخول إلى منصة «مدرستي».
وطالب الأهالي هيئة الاتصالات بالتدخل العاجل لتحسين خدمة الاتصالات والإنترنت في الحي، مؤكدين أن توفر الخدمة يسهم في تمكين السكان من الاستفادة من مختلف الخدمات الإلكترونية، مشيرين إلى أن أقرب برج للاتصالات يبعد مسافة بعيدة جداً عن الحي.
كما طالب السكان باستكمال أرصفة الشوارع، التي تنعدم في الحي بالكامل، مؤكدين أن استكمال الخدمات الأساسية من شأنه تحسين مستوى المعيشة وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين الذين يسكنون الحي منذ سنوات طويلة.
The residents of the Al-Taa'awon neighborhood, which belongs to the town of Al-Talhah in the northern part of Dhahran Al-Janub in the Asir region, are awaiting the completion of basic services for their neighborhood, which include paving, lighting, sidewalks, sewage, and water supply services. They confirmed that the province has enjoyed these services for years, while the Al-Taa'awon neighborhood is still waiting for their arrival.
Both Saleh Ali Qarhash, Salem Ahmed Rabith, Safar Al-Aram, and Ali Saleh Al-Mansour mentioned in their conversation with "Okaz" that they are demanding the completion of all services, despite having raised their demands a long time ago. They pointed out that the neighborhood is part of Dhahran Al-Janub and is located 15 kilometers to the north, inhabited by citizens for decades.
The residents emphasized the necessity of completing all services for the neighborhood, noting that it also needs a telecommunications tower, given the lack of communication networks inside homes, which has become a source of suffering for the residents, especially with the connection of education to the internet and the application of blended learning in schools, as students rely on the internet to access the "Madrasati" platform.
The residents called on the Communications Authority to urgently intervene to improve communication and internet services in the neighborhood, confirming that the availability of the service contributes to enabling residents to benefit from various electronic services, pointing out that the nearest telecommunications tower is located very far from the neighborhood.
The residents also demanded the completion of the street sidewalks, which are completely absent in the neighborhood, affirming that completing the basic services would improve the standard of living and meet the needs of the citizens who have lived in the neighborhood for many years.
