تنتظر عدد من مخططات المنح الواقعة بالقرب من مركز عشيرة شمالي محافظة الطائف، خدمات أساسية، طبقاً لرأي عدد من الملاك. ورصدت عدسة «عكاظ» في جولة ميدانية، تنامي البناء بصورة بطيئة؛ نظراً لعدم وجود الخدمات الأساسية والمتمثلة في أعمال السفلتة والرصف والإنارة، على الرغم من كثرة قطع الأراضي الموجودة في هذه المخططات، التي تبدأ بعد الجسر على طريق الرياض السريع حتى الوصول إلى مركز عشيرة في كلا الاتجاهين.
ويتطلع ملاك القطع إلى تخصيص مشاريع تنموية تساهم في توفير البنية الأساسية. وأشاروا إلى أن هذه المنح - في حال اكتمال أعمال البنية التحتية لها - ستسهم بشكل كبير في توفير فرص سكنية جديدة للمواطنين في هذه المنطقة، خصوصاً أنها أضحت مقصداً إستراتيجياً للسكن نظراً لقربها من محافظة الطائف ومن الطريق السريع المؤدي إلى الرياض.
وأضافوا لـ«عكاظ»، عن وجود العديد من المنازل والاستراحات السكنية طوال العقدين الماضيين والتي لم يتم الاستفادة منها بالصورة المطلوبة؛ نظراً لعدم وجود الخدمات الأساسية التي تمكن قاطنيها من السكن والعيش بصورة مريحة.
A number of grant schemes located near the Al-Ushaira center in the northern part of Taif province are awaiting basic services, according to the opinion of several owners. The lens of "Okaz" observed during a field tour a slow increase in construction due to the lack of essential services such as paving, surfacing, and lighting, despite the abundance of land plots available in these schemes, which start after the bridge on the Riyadh highway and extend to the Al-Ushaira center in both directions.
Landowners are looking forward to the allocation of development projects that contribute to providing the necessary infrastructure. They pointed out that these grants - if the infrastructure works are completed - will significantly contribute to providing new housing opportunities for citizens in this area, especially since it has become a strategic destination for housing due to its proximity to Taif province and the highway leading to Riyadh.
They added to "Okaz" that there have been many homes and residential rest areas over the past two decades that have not been utilized as needed due to the lack of essential services that would enable their residents to live comfortably.
