أسدلت محكمة جنايات سوهاج الستار على قضية قتل شهدها مركز دار السلام العام الماضي، بإصدار أحكام متفاوتة بحق خمسة متهمين أدينوا بالتورط في مقتل شخص إثر مشاجرة مسلحة.
وقضت المحكمة بمعاقبة المتهم الرئيسي بالسجن المشدد لمدة 15 عاماً، فيما أصدرت أحكاماً بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات بحق أربعة متهمين آخرين بعد إدانتهم في القضية.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى يونيو 2025، عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغاً بمقتل شخص متأثراً بإصابته بطلقات نارية، حيث نُقل إلى مستشفى دار السلام المركزي جثةً هامدة.
وكشفت التحريات أن خلافات سابقة بين الطرفين تطورت إلى مشاجرة، أطلق خلالها المتهمون أعيرة نارية من أسلحة كانت بحوزتهم، ما أدى إلى مقتل المجني عليه في الموقع.
وبعد استكمال الإجراءات الأمنية وجمع الأدلة، تمكنت الجهات المختصة من القبض على المتهمين، الذين أقروا خلال التحقيقات بارتكاب الواقعة، قبل إحالتهم إلى المحكمة المختصة التي أصدرت حكمها في القضية.
The Sohag Criminal Court has concluded a murder case that took place in the Dar al-Salam Center last year, issuing varying sentences against five defendants convicted of involvement in the killing of a person during an armed altercation.
The court sentenced the main defendant to 15 years of rigorous imprisonment, while it issued three-year prison sentences for four other defendants after they were convicted in the case.
The details of the incident date back to June 2025, when security forces received a report about a person who had died from gunshot wounds, as he was transported to Dar al-Salam Central Hospital as a lifeless body.
Investigations revealed that previous disputes between the two parties escalated into a brawl, during which the defendants fired gunshots from weapons they possessed, leading to the victim's death at the scene.
After completing security procedures and gathering evidence, the relevant authorities managed to arrest the defendants, who confessed during the investigations to committing the act, before being referred to the competent court that issued its ruling in the case.
