تأجلت أولى جلسات استئناف الفنانة ياسمينا المصري على حكم حبسها شهرًا مع الشغل والنفاذ، وتغريمها 15 ألف جنيه وإلزامها بعشرة آلاف جنيه تعويضًا مؤقتًا، إلى جلسة 3 نوفمبر المقبل؛ وفق قرار محكمة استئناف القاهرة الاقتصادية اليوم الأحد.
وكان المحامي بالنقض ووكيل الدكتور أشرف زكي نقيب المهن التمثيلية، شعبان سعيد، قد تقدّم ببلاغ اتهم فيه ياسمينا المصري بسب وقذف موكله، مؤكدًا أمام التحقيقات والمحكمة أن الاتهامات ثابتة استنادًا إلى تحريات مباحث تكنولوجيا المعلومات واعتراف المتهمة والتقرير الفني المرفق بالأوراق.
وقررت نيابة النزهة في وقت سابق إحالة ياسمينا المصري للمحاكمة الجنائية بتهمة سب وقذف الفنان أشرف زكي والطعن في الأعراض والتهديد بالإيذاء والإساءة لسمعته وسمعة عائلته.
وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية قد ألقت القبض عليها بمنطقة النزهة على خلفية الاتهامات المنسوبة إليها عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، قبل إحالة الواقعة للنيابة التي باشرت التحقيقات.
The first session of the appeal by the artist Yasmina Al-Masri against her sentence of one month in prison with hard labor, a fine of 15,000 Egyptian pounds, and a temporary compensation of 10,000 pounds, has been postponed to the session on November 3; according to the decision of the Economic Court of Appeal in Cairo today, Sunday.
The lawyer in cassation and representative of Dr. Ashraf Zaki, the head of the Actors' Syndicate, Shaaban Said, had filed a complaint accusing Yasmina Al-Masri of defaming and slandering his client, affirming before the investigations and the court that the accusations are substantiated based on the investigations of the Information Technology Investigations Unit, the confession of the accused, and the technical report attached to the documents.
The Al-Nuzha Prosecution had previously decided to refer Yasmina Al-Masri to criminal trial on charges of defaming and slandering the artist Ashraf Zaki, assaulting honor, threatening harm, and damaging his reputation and that of his family.
The security forces had arrested her in the Al-Nuzha area in connection with the accusations against her via social media, before referring the incident to the prosecution, which began the investigations.
