Behind some old files hide complex engineering tales of deception that have spanned decades, only to suddenly collapse under the blows of meticulous investigation. In the State of Kuwait, security and specialized agencies have opened an intriguing chapter of investigations into a historical forgery case that dates back approximately 115 years, culminating in a security decision that revoked the nationalities of 211 individuals in one fell swoop.
The threads of this complex game began to unravel when the nationality investigation officers confronted a massive family file for (H), born in 1911. Technical examination and document scrutiny revealed that the official records included six wives, only two of whom were real, while the other four were entirely fictitious names devoid of any civil numbers or records of entry and exit from the country. Based on these fictional names, five male children were registered, who notably disappeared from any official inventory of heirs after the father's death, triggering the first alarm signals for the investigators.
However, the deeper surprise emerged when tracing the path of one individual in the file, (S), born in 1932, who died abroad. The facts indicate that he waited until he was forty years old to obtain nationality based on witness testimonies that had repeated names in other similar forgery cases. The matter did not stop there; he also added two individuals as his sons, who were later found to have no biological connection to him, and their nationalities were revoked at different stages.
To resolve the case with conclusive evidence that leaves no room for doubt, the security authorities resorted to scientific verification through genetic fingerprinting (DNA tests). Laboratory comparisons between the subject's descendants and the supposed uncles from the Kuwaiti side yielded a decisive result that completely denied any blood relation or genuine kinship, revealing that the subject's real name carried a Gulf nationality, and his children were using dual identities to move between the two countries.
With this comprehensive exposure supported by documents, travel movements, and laboratory evidence, the extensive forgery system spanning generations collapsed, leading to official decisions to revoke the nationality of 211 individuals from that family, drawing the curtain on one of the strangest cases of fraud against official entities.
