قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية بمعاقبة المتهم «س.م.س» بالإعدام شنقًا، ومعاقبة المتهمة «ر.ع.ج» بالسجن المشدد 15 سنة، مع التحفظ على السيارة والسلاح الأبيض المضبوطين وإلزامهما بالمصاريف الجنائية؛ لاتهامهما بقتل المجني عليه عمدًا بعد دهسه بسيارة.
صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار عبد المعطي هاشم روحي رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية المستشارين أمير مجدي منير ومحمد توفيق محمد، وسكرتارية ماجد سعد.

تعود أحداث القضية المقيدة برقم 2309 لسنة 2026 جنايات قسم شرطة الدخيلة، عندما تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطارًا يفيد بالعثور على المجني عليه «م.ا.ا» مصابًا بإصابات بالغة إثر صدمه بسيارة يقودها المتهم الأول، بمشاركة واشتراك المتهمة الثانية في ارتكاب الواقعة بدائرة القسم.
خلافات عائلية ومالية متراكمة
وكشفت التحقيقات عن وجود خلافات عائلية ومالية متراكمة بين المجني عليه وطليقته المتهمة الثانية وزوجها الحالي المتهم الأول؛ وذلك عقب قيام المتهمة بخلع زوجها المجني عليه والاستيلاء على أمواله ومنقولاته الخاصة، مما فاقم الخلافات بين الطرفين ودفع المتهمين إلى افتعال شكوى كيدية ضده.
شكوى كيدية انتهت بالصلح
وأظهرت أوراق القضية أن الشكوى الكيدية انتهت بالصلح والتراضي بين الأطراف داخل ديوان قسم شرطة الدخيلة، إلا أنه عقب انصرافهم من القسم، تجدد الخلاف وتوعد المجني عليه طليقته بتحريك دعوى زنا ضدها، فما كان من المتهم الأول إلا أن استقل سيارته وتعقبه وصدمه بقوة أطاحت به أرضًا، قبل أن يواصل اعتدائه الآثم عليه.
وجرى نقل المجني عليه إلى المستشفى في حالة غيبوبة وفقدان تام للوعي، حيث لفظ أنفاسه الأخيرة متأثرًا بإصاباته الخطيرة، وتحرر محضر بالواقعة وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق، والتي أمرت بإحالة المتهمين إلى محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية التي أصدرت حكمها المتقدم.
The Alexandria Criminal Court sentenced the defendant "S.M.S" to death by hanging, and the defendant "R.A.J" to 15 years of hard labor, while confiscating the seized vehicle and the white weapon, and obliging them to pay the legal expenses; for their accusation of intentionally killing the victim after running him over with a car.
The ruling was issued under the presidency of Counselor Abdel Motee Hashem Rouhi, the head of the court, and the membership of counselors Amir Magdy Mounir and Mohamed Tawfiq Mohamed, with the secretariat of Magid Saad.

The events of the case, registered under number 2309 for the year 2026 in the Criminal Court of the Dekheila Police Station, date back to when the security authorities in the Alexandria Security Directorate received a notification stating that the victim "M.A.A" was found with severe injuries after being hit by a car driven by the first defendant, with the participation and involvement of the second defendant in committing the incident within the jurisdiction of the station.
Accumulated Family and Financial Disputes
The investigations revealed the existence of accumulated family and financial disputes between the victim and his ex-wife, the second defendant, and her current husband, the first defendant; following the second defendant's act of divorcing the victim and seizing his money and personal belongings, which exacerbated the disputes between the two parties and led the defendants to fabricate a malicious complaint against him.
Malicious Complaint That Ended in Reconciliation
The case documents showed that the malicious complaint ended in reconciliation and agreement between the parties inside the Dekheila Police Station. However, after they left the station, the dispute reignited, and the victim threatened his ex-wife with filing an adultery lawsuit against her. The first defendant then took his car, followed him, and violently hit him, throwing him to the ground, before continuing his assault on him.
The victim was transported to the hospital in a state of coma and complete loss of consciousness, where he breathed his last, affected by his serious injuries. A report of the incident was filed, and the public prosecution took over the investigation, which ordered the referral of the defendants to the Alexandria Criminal Court that issued the aforementioned ruling.
