في حادثة بشعة من جرائم العنف الدموي، لقيت سيدة مقتلها على يد عشيقها داخل شقة سكنية بمنطقة المرج في محافظة القاهرة المصرية، بعدما جمعت بينهما علاقة غير شرعية لفترة طويلة. استغل العشيقان غياب زوجة الشاب عن المنزل ليلتقيا.
طعن ثم تقطيع
في يوم الواقعة، توجهت الضحية إلى شقة الشاب في منطقة المرج لإقامة علاقة غير شرعية، مستغلين غياب زوجته التي كانت تقيم لدى أسرتها. بعد انتهاء لقائهما، نشبت بينهما مشاجرة قام إثرها الشاب بالتعدي على الضحية وقتلها.
قام الشاب بطعن الضحية بعدة طعنات ثم قطع جثمانها إلى أجزاء، وتعرض لأزمة قلبية حادة لفظ أنفاسه إثرها.
حالة تعفن
لم تُكتشف الجريمة مباشرة، فبعد مرور 4 أيام بدأت تنتشر رائحة كريهة في العقار، وعقب التأكد من أن الرائحة منبعثة من داخل الشقة السكنية التي كان يقيم بها الشاب، تم إبلاغ الأجهزة الأمنية.
عند وصول قوات الأمن، تم فتح الشقة حيث عُثر على السيدة وقد قُطع جسدها وكانت الجثتان في حالة تعفن.
أزمة قلبية تصيب القاتل
ورد بلاغ لقسم شرطة المرج من الأهالي يفيد بوجود شاب وسيدة في العقد الثالث من عمريهما داخل شقة سكنية بالمرج، وهما في حالة تعفن بسبب وفاتهما منذ أيام.
كشفت التحريات الأولية أن الجثة الأولى لسيدة مقيمة في منطقة عين شمس بالقاهرة، مقطعة إلى عشرات الأجزاء من قبل الشاب الذي أخفى أجزاء جثمانها، ثم توفي بعد إصابته بأزمة قلبية.

Stabbing and Dismemberment
On the day of the incident, the victim went to the young man's apartment in Al-Marj to engage in an illicit relationship, taking advantage of his wife who was staying with her family. After their meeting ended, a quarrel broke out between them, during which the young man assaulted the victim and killed her.
The young man stabbed the victim multiple times and then dismembered her body, and he suffered a severe heart attack that caused him to lose consciousness.
State of Decomposition
The crime was not discovered immediately; after four days, a foul smell began to spread in the building. After confirming that the odor was emanating from inside the apartment where the young man lived, the security authorities were notified.
Upon the arrival of the security forces, the apartment was opened, and the woman was found dismembered, with both bodies in a state of decomposition.
Heart Attack Strikes the Killer
A report was received by the Al-Marj police station from residents indicating that a young man and a woman in their thirties were inside an apartment in Al-Marj, in a state of decomposition due to having died days earlier.
Initial investigations revealed that the first body was that of a woman residing in the Ain Shams area of Cairo, dismembered into dozens of parts by the young man who hid parts of her body, and he then died after suffering a heart attack.
