شددت وزارة الصحة المصرية رقابتها على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة، وأعلنت غلق 3 مراكز للعلاج بالإبر الصينية والعلاج الطبيعي في محافظات القاهرة والإسماعيلية والجيزة، بعد رصد مخالفات تتعلق بالتراخيص ومزاولة المهن الطبية، إلى جانب ضبط أشخاص منتحلين صفة أطباء وأخصائيي علاج طبيعي، ومستلزمات وأعشاب وإبر مجهولة المصدر.
وأكد المتحدث باسم وزارة الصحة المصرية الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار أن الحملات تأتي في إطار حرص الوزارة على إحكام الرقابة على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة، والتأكد من التزامها بالاشتراطات والضوابط المنظمة لتقديم الخدمات الصحية.
وأوضح عبدالغفار أن الوزارة تتخذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال أي مخالفات من شأنها تعريض صحة المواطنين وسلامتهم للخطر، مشددًا على استمرار الحملات التفتيشية والرقابية على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة.
وأشار رئيس الإدارة المركزية للمؤسسات العلاجية غير الحكومية والتراخيص الدكتور هشام زكي إلى أن إدارة العلاج الحر بمحافظة القاهرة تمكنت من ضبط وغلق مركز Haiyan Chinese Health Care Center (مركز هايان الصيني للعلاج الطبيعي)، الكائن في ميدان دجلة بمنطقة المعادي، بسبب إدارته وتشغيله دون الحصول على التراخيص اللازمة.
وأسفرت أعمال التفتيش داخل المركز عن ضبط إبر صينية وأعشاب مجهولة المصدر، بالمخالفة لأحكام قانون الصيدلة رقم 127 لسنة 1955 والقوانين المنظمة لعمل هيئة الدواء المصرية.
وفي محافظة الإسماعيلية، أسفرت الحملة الرقابية عن ضبط وغلق مركز الاستشفاء للعلاج الطبيعي، لعدم حصوله على الترخيص اللازم لمزاولة النشاط.
وكشفت الحملة وجود سيدة تحمل الجنسية الصينية تمارس أعمال الكشف الطبي داخل المركز، منتحلة صفة طبيبة، بالمخالفة لأحكام القوانين والاشتراطات المنظمة لمزاولة المهن الطبية.
كما عثر مفتشو «الصحة المصرية» داخل المركز على إبر صينية مجهولة المصدر وغير مصرح باستخدامها، وتم تحريزها، إلى جانب ضبط أدوات تستخدم في أعمال الحجامة.
وجرى تحرير المحاضر اللازمة بشأن المخالفات التي تم رصدها، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المقررة حيال المسؤولين عنها.
وفي محافظة الجيزة، تمكنت الحملة من ضبط وغلق مركز العلاج بالإبر الصينية التخصصية بمنطقة الدقي، بسبب إدارته دون الحصول على التراخيص القانونية اللازمة.
كما ضبطت الحملة شخصًا يحمل الجنسية الصينية داخل المركز، حيث تبين قيامه بإدارة المنشأة وممارسة أعمال العلاج الطبيعي منتحلًا صفة أخصائي علاج طبيعي، دون الحصول على التراخيص والتصاريح اللازمة لمزاولة المهنة.
وأكدت وزارة الصحة المصرية اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال المخالفين، مشددة على عدم التهاون مع أي منشأة تقدم خدمات طبية دون الحصول على التراخيص المطلوبة، أو أي شخص ينتحل صفة أحد أعضاء الفريق الطبي، أو يمارس أي مهنة صحية بالمخالفة للقانون.
وتأتي هذه الحملات في إطار جهود الوزارة لتشديد الرقابة على المنشآت الطبية الخاصة، والتأكد من تقديم الخدمات الصحية وفق القواعد والاشتراطات القانونية المعتمدة، بما يحافظ على صحة الناس وسلامتهم.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health has intensified its oversight of private medical facilities and announced the closure of 3 centers for acupuncture and physiotherapy in the governorates of Cairo, Ismailia, and Giza, after violations related to licensing and the practice of medical professions were detected, along with the apprehension of individuals impersonating doctors and physiotherapy specialists, as well as unlicensed supplies, herbs, and needles.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the spokesperson for the Egyptian Ministry of Health, confirmed that the campaigns are part of the ministry's commitment to tighten control over private medical facilities and ensure their compliance with the regulations and standards governing the provision of health services.
Abdel Ghaffar explained that the ministry is taking legal action against any violations that could endanger the health and safety of citizens, emphasizing the continuation of inspection and oversight campaigns on private medical facilities.
Dr. Hisham Zaki, head of the Central Administration for Non-Governmental Treatment Facilities and Licensing, indicated that the Free Treatment Administration in Cairo managed to apprehend and close the Haiyan Chinese Health Care Center, located in Degla Square in the Maadi area, due to its operation without obtaining the necessary licenses.
The inspection activities inside the center resulted in the seizure of Chinese needles and unlicensed herbs, in violation of the provisions of the Pharmacy Law No. 127 of 1955 and the laws regulating the work of the Egyptian Drug Authority.
In Ismailia Governorate, the oversight campaign led to the apprehension and closure of the Healing Center for Physiotherapy for not obtaining the necessary license to practice the activity.
The campaign revealed the presence of a woman of Chinese nationality practicing medical examinations inside the center, impersonating a doctor, in violation of the provisions of the laws and regulations governing the practice of medical professions.
Inspectors from the "Egyptian Health" found unlicensed Chinese needles within the center, which were not authorized for use, and these were seized, along with tools used for cupping therapy.
Necessary reports were filed regarding the violations that were detected, with legal procedures taken against those responsible.
In Giza Governorate, the campaign succeeded in apprehending and closing a specialized acupuncture center in the Dokki area for operating without obtaining the necessary legal licenses.
The campaign also apprehended an individual of Chinese nationality inside the center, who was found to be managing the facility and practicing physiotherapy while impersonating a physiotherapy specialist, without obtaining the necessary licenses and permits to practice the profession.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health confirmed that all necessary legal actions will be taken against violators, stressing that there will be no leniency with any facility providing medical services without obtaining the required licenses, or any person impersonating a member of the medical team, or practicing any health profession in violation of the law.
These campaigns are part of the ministry's efforts to tighten oversight on private medical facilities and ensure that health services are provided in accordance with the approved legal rules and regulations, thereby preserving the health and safety of the public.
