حين يختفي العقل ويقود الغرور خطى الانتقام، يتحول الرفض العاطفي إلى ساحة حرب في وضح النهار، في مشهد وثقته الضحية وأشعل غضب المتابعين على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، دفع شاب مصري ثمن غروره غالياً، إثر سقوطه في قبضة الأمن بعد أن أقدم على تحطيم سيارة فتاة والاعتداء عليها في شوارع القاهرة لمجرد أنها تجرأت على رفض خطبته.
القصة التي بدأت كأزمة شخصية وانتهت بدراما قانونية، لم تدخل قاعات التحقيق عبر الأبواب التقليدية؛ فالفتاة لم تحرر بلاغاً رسمياً في بادئ الأمر، بل اكتفت بتوثيق «كابوسها المروري» ونشرت مقطع الفيديو عبر السوشيال ميديا، لتتحول اللقطات إلى كرة ثلج من الغضب الجماهيري دفعت الأجهزة الأمنية في وزارة الداخلية المصرية للتحرك الفوري ورصد الواقعة بضربة استباقية.
وباكتشاف خيوط الجريمة واستدعاء مالكة السيارة (المقيمة بدائرة قسم شرطة النزهة) لسماع أقوالها، روت تفاصيل الدقائق المرعبة التي عاشتها، إذ كانت تستقل سيارتها بصحبة صديق لها في أحد شوارع العاصمة، قبل أن يفاجئها المتهم ويعترض طريقها بصورة جنونية، متعمدًا تهشيم سيارتها وإمطارها بوابل من الشتائم والاعتداءات اللفظية.
وكشفت التحريات أن الجريمة بأكملها وراءها «عقدة الرفض العاطفي»، فالضحية كانت قد قررت إنهاء علاقتها السابقة بالمتهم ورفضت خطبته بشكل قاطع قبل فترة وجيزة. هذا الرفض لم يتقبله الشاب (الذي يعمل موظفاً بإحدى الشركات ويقطن بمصر الجديدة)، فاختار طريق الانتقام الأعمى وتحطيم سيارتها بوحشية غير مبالٍ بقانون أو أعراف.
ولم تأخذ ملاحقة الجاني وقتاً طويلاً، فبعد تحديد هويته وتتبع خط سيره، داهمت الأجهزة الأمنية مكانه وألقت القبض عليه، متحفظةً على السيارة المستخدمة في ارتكاب الحادثة.
وبمواجهته، انهار المتهم وأقر بارتكاب الواقعة تفصيلياً، مؤكداً صحة كل ما ظهر في مقطع الفيديو المتداول، لتتم إحالته فوراً إلى النيابة العامة التي أمرت باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه، بعدما اختلطت في نظره حدود العواطف بقانون الغاب.

The story, which began as a personal crisis and ended in legal drama, did not enter the investigation halls through the traditional doors; the girl did not file an official report at first, but rather documented her "traffic nightmare" and posted the video on social media, turning the footage into a snowball of public outrage that prompted the security forces in the Egyptian Ministry of Interior to take immediate action and monitor the incident with a preemptive strike.
Upon discovering the threads of the crime and summoning the car owner (who resides in the area of the Al-Nahda police station) to hear her testimony, she recounted the terrifying minutes she experienced, as she was driving her car with a friend in one of the capital's streets, before the accused surprised her and crazily blocked her path, deliberately smashing her car and bombarding her with a barrage of insults and verbal assaults.
Investigations revealed that the entire crime stemmed from "the complex of emotional rejection," as the victim had decided to end her previous relationship with the accused and had firmly rejected his marriage proposal a short time ago. This rejection was not accepted by the young man (who works as an employee in one of the companies and lives in Heliopolis), so he chose the path of blind revenge and brutally smashed her car, indifferent to the law or social norms.
The pursuit of the perpetrator did not take long; after identifying his identity and tracking his movements, the security forces raided his location and arrested him, seizing the car used in the incident.
Upon confrontation, the accused broke down and confessed to the incident in detail, confirming the authenticity of everything shown in the circulated video, leading to his immediate referral to the public prosecutor, who ordered all necessary legal actions to be taken against him, after the boundaries of emotions mixed in his view with the law of the jungle.
