دعت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي ضيوف الرحمن إلى التخطيط المبكر لأداء مناسك العمرة، والتعرّف على أوقات كثافة المعتمرين في المسجد الحرام، واختيار الأوقات المناسبة، بما يسهم في أداء النسك بيسر وسهولة، ويعزز انسيابية الحركة في المطاف والمسعى.
وأوضحت الهيئة، في دليلها التوعوي لأوقات الكثافة، أن الفترة من الساعة العاشرة مساءً حتى الرابعة صباحًا تشهد كثافة خفيفة، وكذلك الفترة من الساعة التاسعة صباحًا حتى الرابعة مساءً، فيما تكون الكثافة متوسطة خلال الفترة من الخامسة صباحًا حتى الثامنة صباحًا، وترتفع إلى كثافة عالية خلال الفترة من الخامسة مساءً حتى التاسعة مساءً.
ويأتي التعريف بأوقات الكثافة ضمن جهود الهيئة الرامية إلى مساعدة قاصدي المسجد الحرام على تنظيم أوقاتهم قبل التوجه لأداء العمرة، والاستفادة من الفترات الأقل ازدحامًا، بما يسهم في تعزيز الراحة والسلامة، وتحسين تجربة ضيف الرحمن منذ وصوله إلى المسجد الحرام حتى إتمام نسكه.
وأكدت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي أن التخطيط المسبق واختيار الوقت المناسب لأداء العمرة يسهمان في رفع مستوى انسيابية حركة المعتمرين داخل المسجد الحرام، داعيةً ضيوف الرحمن إلى متابعة المؤشرات الإرشادية المتعلقة بالكثافة، والاستفادة من الخدمات الرقمية المتاحة لمعرفة حالة المطاف والمسعى، بما يعينهم على اختيار الوقت والمكان الأنسب لأداء النسك.
وتتيح الهيئة، عبر موقعها الإلكتروني، خدمة رقمية لمعرفة حالة الكثافة في مواقع المطاف والمسعى، تشمل صحن المطاف وأدواره المختلفة، إلى جانب أدوار المسعى، بما يمكّن المعتمرين من الاطلاع على مستويات الكثافة والاستفادة من المعلومات المتاحة قبل وجودهم في المسجد الحرام وأثناءه.
وتتكامل هذه الخدمات مع منظومة الحلول الرقمية الموجهة لضيوف الرحمن، ومنها تطبيق (نسك)، الذي يوفر العديد من الخدمات التي تسهم في التخطيط لرحلة العمرة وإدارة تفاصيلها، إلى جانب الخدمات الإرشادية والمعرفية التي تثري تجربة القاصدين.
وتسهم التوعية بأوقات الكثافة في تعزيز الاستخدام الأمثل للمرافق والمساحات داخل المسجد الحرام، وتوزيع حركة المعتمرين على فترات اليوم، بما يدعم الجهود التنظيمية والتشغيلية المبذولة لخدمة قاصدي بيت الله الحرام، ويعزز جودة الخدمات المقدمة لهم؛ ليؤدوا عباداتهم في أجواء يسودها الأمن والطمأنينة واليسر.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has called upon the guests of Allah to plan early for performing the rituals of Umrah, to be aware of the peak times of Umrah performers in the Grand Mosque, and to choose suitable times, which contributes to performing the rituals with ease and facilitates the flow of movement in the Tawaf and Sa'i.
The authority clarified, in its awareness guide for peak times, that the period from 10 PM to 4 AM experiences light density, as well as the period from 9 AM to 4 PM, while there is medium density from 5 AM to 8 AM, and it rises to high density from 5 PM to 9 PM.
The introduction of peak times is part of the authority's efforts to assist those heading to the Grand Mosque in organizing their times before heading to perform Umrah, and to take advantage of the less crowded periods, which contributes to enhancing comfort and safety, and improving the experience of the guests of Allah from the moment they arrive at the Grand Mosque until they complete their rituals.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques emphasized that prior planning and choosing the right time to perform Umrah contribute to enhancing the smooth movement of Umrah performers inside the Grand Mosque, urging the guests of Allah to follow the guiding indicators related to density, and to benefit from the available digital services to know the status of Tawaf and Sa'i, which helps them choose the most suitable time and place to perform the rituals.
The authority provides, through its website, a digital service to know the density status in the Tawaf and Sa'i areas, including the Tawaf courtyard and its various levels, as well as the levels of Sa'i, enabling Umrah performers to view density levels and benefit from the available information before and during their presence in the Grand Mosque.
These services complement the system of digital solutions directed at the guests of Allah, including the (Nusk) application, which provides many services that contribute to planning the Umrah journey and managing its details, along with guiding and informational services that enrich the experience of the visitors.
Raising awareness of peak times contributes to the optimal use of facilities and spaces within the Grand Mosque, distributing the movement of Umrah performers throughout the day, which supports the organizational and operational efforts made to serve those visiting the Sacred House of Allah, and enhances the quality of services provided to them; allowing them to perform their worship in an atmosphere of security, tranquility, and ease.
