لم يكن رجال الأمن في الكويت يتوقعون أن تقودهم حملة تطهير منطقة «جليب الشيوخ» إلى كشف واحد من أكثر الملفات قتامة وإيلاماً. فخلف الأبواب المغلقة، وفي عتمة المساكن العشوائية التي تفوح منها رائحة المخالفات، لم تكن المفاجأة الكبرى في سقوط مئات المخالفين، بل في صرخة 36 طفلاً وُلدوا في رحم الخفاء، وعاشوا في الظل بلا أوراق أو هوية أو اعتراف!
إنها قصة «أطفال السفاح»، القنبلة الاجتماعية الموقوتة التي فككتها وزارة الداخلية الكويتية في واحدة من سلسلة أضخم الضربات الأمنية التي تشهدها البلاد.
غرف الظلام.. حيث تُخفى الخطيئة عن أعين القانون
بعيداً عن صخب الشوارع، وداخل 1200 مسكن مخالف تكدست فيها العمالة، تشكلت حياة موازية خارج إطار القانون. هناك، اختارت أمهات هاربات من الإقامة والعمل إخفاء «خطيئتهن» في غرف مكتظة ومظلمة، بعيداً عن المستشفيات الرسمية أو السجلات الحكومية.
عاش هؤلاء الأطفال الـ 36 سجناء الجدران، لا يعرفون الشارع، ولا يملكون شهادات ميلاد، مجرد أرقام غير مسجلة في «اقتصاد الظل» الذي أدارته عمالة سائبة، ظنت أن جدران «الجليب» ستكون درعاً تحمي تجاوزاتهم للأبد.
لكن مع انطلاق تعليمات القيادة الأمنية بحسم ملف «جليب الشيوخ»، بدأ شريط المفاجآت ينكشف.
- عتمة مفاجئة؛ تم قطع التيار الكهربائي عن المساكن المخالفة، لتتهاوى حصون المتجاوزين، وتنخفض الأحمال الكهربائية بنسبة 60%، في مؤشر مرعب على حجم التكدس.
- اكتشاف الصدمة؛ وسط حملات الضبط التي أطاحت بـ 1253 مطلوباً، وقعت أعين رجال الأمن على المشهد الأكثر قسوة، 36 طفل سفاح برفقة أمهاتهم المخالفات، ليتوقف الزمن لحظة أمام مأساة إنسانية وقانونية معقدة.
لم تتعامل السلطات الكويتية مع المشهد كونه مجرد «مخالفة إقامة»، بل كجريمة مركبة. نُقلت الأمهات لمواجهة تبعات التستر وحمل السفاح ومخالفة قوانين الدولة، بينما أحيل الأطفال فوراً إلى جهات الاختصاص لرعايتهم واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، في محاولة لانتشالهم من مستنقع العشوائية الذي وُلدوا فيه.
الضربة الأمنية لم تنتهِ هنا، فالقوات الميدانية لا تزال تمشط المساكن المُخلاة، موجهة رسالة حاسمة بأن الكويت لن تسمح بتحول أي بقعة جغرافية إلى «دولة داخل الدولة» تفرخ المخالفات والأزمات الاجتماعية.
ويمكن القول إنه في جليب الشيوخ، سقطت الأقنعة وانقطعت الكهرباء لتضيء الحقيقة الصادمة.. 36 طفلاً دفعوا ثمن خطيئة أمهاتهم، في قضية تثبت أن الأمن الكويتي قادر على اختراق أعمق بؤر الظلام واقتلاع الفوضى من جذورها.

Rooms of Darkness.. Where Sin is Hidden from the Eyes of the Law
Away from the noise of the streets, and inside 1,200 illegal residences overcrowded with labor, a parallel life formed outside the framework of the law. There, mothers fleeing from residency and work chose to hide their "sins" in crowded and dark rooms, far from official hospitals or government records.
These 36 children lived as prisoners of the walls, unaware of the street, lacking birth certificates, mere unregistered numbers in the "shadow economy" managed by unregulated labor, who thought that the walls of "Jleeb" would be a shield protecting their transgressions forever.
But with the launch of security leadership directives to decisively address the "Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh" file, the tape of surprises began to unravel.
- Sudden darkness; the electricity was cut off from the illegal residences, causing the strongholds of the violators to collapse, and electrical loads decreased by 60%, a terrifying indicator of the extent of overcrowding.
- Shock discovery; amid the enforcement campaigns that toppled 1,253 wanted individuals, the eyes of the security forces fell upon the most brutal scene, 36 illegitimate children accompanied by their violating mothers, freezing time for a moment before a complex humanitarian and legal tragedy.
The Kuwaiti authorities did not treat the scene as merely a "residency violation," but as a compound crime. The mothers were transferred to face the consequences of concealing and bearing illegitimate children and violating state laws, while the children were immediately referred to the relevant authorities for their care and necessary legal procedures, in an attempt to rescue them from the swamp of chaos in which they were born.
The security strike did not end here, as the field forces continue to comb through the vacated residences, sending a decisive message that Kuwait will not allow any geographical area to turn into a "state within a state" that breeds violations and social crises.
It can be said that in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, the masks fell and the electricity was cut off to illuminate the shocking truth.. 36 children paid the price for their mothers' sins, in a case that proves that Kuwaiti security is capable of penetrating the deepest pockets of darkness and uprooting chaos from its roots.
