استكملت مجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية عملية الاستحواذ على شركة الدكتور محمد بن راشد الفقيه وشركاه، المالكة لمستشفى الدكتور محمد الفقيه الواقع شرق مدينة الرياض على طريق الملك عبد الله، في خطوة إستراتيجية تعزز حضور المجموعة في العاصمة، وتوسّع شبكتها الصحية في المملكة.
ويأتي هذا الاستحواذ امتدادًا لإستراتيجية النمو والتوسع التي تنتهجها المجموعة، والتي شهدت خلال الأعوام الأخيرة افتتاح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان فقيه بالرياض، ومستشفى الدكتور سليمان فقيه بالمدينة المنورة، إلى جانب مواصلة تطوير الخدمات الطبية وتحقيق العديد من الإنجازات النوعية في مستشفى الدكتور سليمان فقيه بجدة.
ويضيف مستشفى الدكتور محمد الفقيه إلى شبكة المجموعة منشأة صحية متكاملة بسعة استيعابية تقارب 350 سريرًا، وأكثر من 12 غرفة عمليات، إلى جانب مبنى مستقل للعيادات الخارجية يضم 192 عيادة في مختلف التخصصات الطبية، بالإضافة إلى الجراحة، والعناية المركزة، والطوارئ، ومركز متخصص لأمراض النساء والولادة وأمراض القلب والأوعية الدموية، ومركز لجراحة العظام.
ومع إتمام هذا الاستحواذ، ارتفعت الطاقة الاستيعابية لمستشفيات مجموعة فقيه للرعاية الصحية إلى 1,185 سريرًا على مستوى المملكة، فيما ارتفعت الطاقة السريرية للمجموعة في مدينة الرياض إلى نحو 535 سريرًا، بما يعزز قدرتها على تلبية الطلب المتزايد على خدمات الرعاية الصحية في العاصمة، ويوسّع نطاق خدماتها الطبية المتكاملة.
كما يتمتع المستشفى بشبكة واسعة من التغطيات التأمينية، الأمر الذي يعزز وصول المجموعة إلى شريحة أكبر من المستفيدين، ويوسع نطاق خدماتها ليشمل فئات متنوعة من المرضى، بما يدعم إستراتيجيتها في توفير خدمات صحية متقدمة وعالية الجودة لمختلف أفراد المجتمع.

Faqih Healthcare Group has completed the acquisition of Dr. Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Faqih and Partners Company, which owns Dr. Mohammed Al-Faqih Hospital located east of Riyadh on King Abdullah Road, in a strategic move that enhances the group's presence in the capital and expands its healthcare network in the Kingdom.
This acquisition comes as an extension of the growth and expansion strategy pursued by the group, which has seen the opening of Dr. Sulaiman Al-Faqih Hospital in Riyadh and Dr. Sulaiman Al-Faqih Hospital in Medina in recent years, alongside the continued development of medical services and achieving many qualitative accomplishments at Dr. Sulaiman Al-Faqih Hospital in Jeddah.
Dr. Mohammed Al-Faqih Hospital adds to the group's network a comprehensive healthcare facility with a capacity of nearly 350 beds, more than 12 operating rooms, in addition to a separate building for outpatient clinics that includes 192 clinics in various medical specialties, as well as surgery, intensive care, emergency services, a specialized center for obstetrics and gynecology, cardiovascular diseases, and an orthopedic surgery center.
With the completion of this acquisition, the capacity of Faqih Healthcare Group's hospitals has increased to 1,185 beds across the Kingdom, while the group's clinical capacity in Riyadh has risen to about 535 beds, enhancing its ability to meet the growing demand for healthcare services in the capital and expanding the scope of its integrated medical services.
The hospital also enjoys a wide network of insurance coverage, which enhances the group's access to a larger segment of beneficiaries and expands its services to include diverse patient categories, supporting its strategy to provide advanced and high-quality healthcare services to various members of the community.
