تعرضت منصتا (فيسبوك) و(إنستغرام) لعطل تقني واسع النطاق، اليوم الأحد، بعدما فوجئ آلاف المستخدمين حول العالم بتوقف الخدمات بشكل مفاجئ، شمل تعطل تسجيل الدخول، وتوقف تحديث الصفحات الرئيسية، وظهور رسائل خطأ متكررة على المنصتين.
وبدأت البلاغات تتصاعد منذ ساعات الصباح الأولى، في وقت أظهرت فيه بيانات موقع رصد الأعطال (داون ديتيكتور) ارتفاعًا حادًا في الشكاوى خلال دقائق، بينما امتدت المشكلات إلى عدد من خدمات شركة ميتا المالكة للمنصتين.
رسائل خطأ وتسجيل خروج مفاجئ
واجه مستخدمو نسخة الويب من فيسبوك رسالة تفيد بأن الحساب «غير متاح مؤقتًا بسبب مشكلة في الموقع»، فيما أخفقت محاولات تسجيل الدخول لدى عدد كبير من المستخدمين، وتعرض آخرون لتسجيل خروج تلقائي من حساباتهم على تطبيقات الهواتف والموقع الإلكتروني.
وامتدت الأعطال إلى الصفحات الرئيسية في فيسبوك وإنستغرام، إذ توقفت المنشورات عن التحديث أو أصبحت تُحمّل ببطء شديد، بينما أبلغ مستخدمون عن تعطل إرسال الرسائل عبر تطبيق (ماسنجر) وصعوبة تحميل الصور ومقاطع الفيديو، ما جعل التجربة اليومية على المنصتين شبه متوقفة.
صمت ميتا يزيد الغموض
حتى لحظة كتابة هذه السطور، لم تصدر شركة ميتا أي بيان رسمي يوضح سبب العطل أو يحدد موعدًا لاستعادة الخدمات بصورة كاملة.
ورغم أن لوحات متابعة حالة خدمات الشركة المخصصة للأعمال أظهرت استمرار عمل بعض واجهات البرمجة والخدمات التجارية، فإن المنصات الموجهة للمستخدمين ظلت تعاني اضطرابات ملحوظة، ما دفع ملايين المستخدمين إلى التوجه نحو منصة (إكس) لتبادل المعلومات ومتابعة آخر المستجدات حول الانقطاع المفاجئ.
The platforms (Facebook) and (Instagram) experienced a widespread technical outage today, Sunday, as thousands of users around the world were surprised by a sudden halt in services, which included login failures, a stop in updating home pages, and the appearance of repeated error messages on both platforms.
Reports began to escalate since the early hours of the morning, as data from the outage tracking site (Downdetector) showed a sharp increase in complaints within minutes, while the issues extended to several services of Meta, the parent company of the platforms.
Error Messages and Sudden Logouts
Web users of Facebook encountered a message stating that the account is "temporarily unavailable due to a site issue," while login attempts failed for a large number of users, and others experienced automatic logouts from their accounts on mobile apps and the website.
The outages extended to the home pages on Facebook and Instagram, as posts stopped updating or took an extremely long time to load, while users reported issues with sending messages via the (Messenger) app and difficulties in uploading photos and videos, making the daily experience on the platforms nearly halted.
Meta's Silence Increases the Mystery
As of the time of writing this, Meta has not issued any official statement clarifying the cause of the outage or providing a timeline for the full restoration of services.
Although the service status dashboards for the company's business services showed that some APIs and commercial services were still operational, the user-facing platforms continued to experience noticeable disruptions, prompting millions of users to turn to the (X) platform to exchange information and follow the latest updates regarding the sudden outage.
