تمكنت فرق الإنقاذ البحري في مصر من إنقاذ طاقم مركب سياحي تعرّض للغرق قبالة سواحل مدينة رأس غارب شمال محافظة البحر الأحمر، دون تسجيل أي إصابات بين أفراد الطاقم.
وبحسب المعلومات الأولية، تلقت إحدى الوحدات البحرية التابعة لشركة «جابكو» للبترول بلاغاً يفيد بغرق مركب سياحي بالقرب من شواطئ رأس غارب، لتباشر غرفة العمليات رفع درجة الاستعداد والدفع بوحدة إنقاذ بحرية إلى موقع الحادث للتعامل معه.
ونجحت فرق الإنقاذ في انتشال أفراد طاقم المركب الخمسة ونقلهم إلى بر الأمان، وتبين أن حالتهم الصحية جيدة، ولم يتعرض أي منهم لإصابات.
وأكدت الجهات المعنية أن المركب لم يكن يقل أي سائحين وقت وقوع الحادث، وأن الموجودين على متنه كانوا من أفراد الطاقم فقط.
وأخطرت الأجهزة المختصة والنيابة العامة عقب انتهاء عمليات الإنقاذ، وباشرت التحقيقات للوقوف على أسباب وملابسات غرق المركب، وتحديد ما إذا كانت الواقعة ناجمة عن عطل فني أو ظروف بحرية أو سبب بشري.
ويعد البحر الأحمر أحد أبرز المقاصد السياحية في مصر، ويستقبل سنويّاً آلاف رحلات الغوص واليخوت واللنشات السياحية، خصوصاً في مناطق الغردقة ورأس غارب ومرسى علم والجونة، وسط رقابة من الجهات المختصة للتأكد من التزام الوحدات البحرية باشتراطات الأمن والسلامة.
The marine rescue teams in Egypt managed to save the crew of a tourist boat that was sinking off the coast of Ras Gharib city in the northern Red Sea governorate, with no injuries reported among the crew members.
According to initial information, one of the marine units belonging to the "GAPCO" petroleum company received a report about a tourist boat sinking near the shores of Ras Gharib, prompting the operations room to raise the state of readiness and dispatch a marine rescue unit to the incident site to handle the situation.
The rescue teams successfully retrieved the five crew members of the boat and transported them to safety, and it was found that their health condition was good, with none of them sustaining injuries.
The relevant authorities confirmed that the boat was not carrying any tourists at the time of the incident, and that those on board were only crew members.
The competent authorities and the public prosecution were notified after the rescue operations were completed, and investigations began to determine the causes and circumstances of the boat's sinking, and to ascertain whether the incident was due to a technical malfunction, maritime conditions, or human error.
The Red Sea is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in Egypt, receiving thousands of diving, yacht, and tourist boat trips annually, especially in the areas of Hurghada, Ras Gharib, Marsa Alam, and El Gouna, under the supervision of the relevant authorities to ensure that marine units comply with security and safety requirements.
