في واقعة مأساوية، شهدت قرية النقراش التابعة لمركز إيتاي البارود بمحافظة البحيرة جريمة بشعة، بعدما أقدم زوج على إنهاء حياة زوجته داخل منزل الزوجية مستخدماً مطرقة (شاكوش)، إثر خلافات أسرية نشبت بينهما، ما أسفر عن وفاتها متأثرة بإصابات بالغة في الرأس.
وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن البحيرة إخطاراً يفيد بوصول ربة منزل تُدعى «نسمة إ ع إ»، 35 عاماً، إلى المستشفى جثة هامدة، بعدما تعرضت لإصابات خطيرة وكسور وجروح بعظام الجمجمة.
وعلى الفور انتقلت الأجهزة الأمنية إلى محل الواقعة للوقوف على ملابسات الحادثة.
وبتشكيل فريق بحث جنائي، كشفت التحريات الأولية أن وراء ارتكاب الواقعة زوج المجني عليها، إذ نشبت بينهما خلافات أسرية تطورت إلى مشاجرة، قام خلالها المتهم بالتعدي عليها باستخدام مطرقة موجهاً لها عدة ضربات قاتلة بالرأس، ما أدى إلى وفاتها في الحال.
وعقب تقنين الإجراءات واستصدار الأذونات اللازمة، تمكنت قوات المباحث من ضبط المتهم، وتم اقتياده إلى ديوان المركز لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حياله، فيما تم تحرير محضر بالواقعة وإخطار النيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات.
وانتقل فريق من النيابة العامة إلى موقع الحادثة لإجراء المعاينة ومناظرة الجثمان، كما قررت التحفظ على الجثة تحت تصرف جهات التحقيق لحين استكمال الإجراءات القانونية والتصريح بالدفن، مع تكليف المباحث باستكمال التحريات لكشف جميع ملابسات الواقعة.
In a tragic incident, the village of Al-Nuqrash, belonging to the Itay al-Baroud Center in Beheira Governorate, witnessed a heinous crime, as a husband took the life of his wife inside their marital home using a hammer, following family disputes that arose between them, resulting in her death due to severe head injuries.
The security authorities in the Beheira Security Directorate received a notification about the arrival of a housewife named "Nesma E. A. E.", 35 years old, to the hospital as a lifeless body, after she sustained serious injuries, fractures, and wounds to her skull.
Immediately, the security forces moved to the scene of the incident to investigate the circumstances of the case.
By forming a criminal investigation team, initial investigations revealed that the perpetrator was the victim's husband, as family disputes escalated into a quarrel, during which the accused assaulted her with a hammer, delivering several fatal blows to her head, leading to her immediate death.
After legal procedures were put in place and the necessary warrants were issued, the investigative forces managed to apprehend the accused, who was taken to the police station to take legal action against him, while a report of the incident was filed and the public prosecution was notified to initiate investigations.
A team from the public prosecution moved to the scene of the incident to conduct an inspection and examine the body, and they decided to preserve the body under the disposal of the investigative authorities until legal procedures are completed and burial is authorized, while assigning the investigations to continue uncovering all the circumstances of the incident.
