«لأنك تستاهل التقدير».. عبارة اختارتها «عكاظ» للاحتفاء بموظفيها في اليوم العالمي للموارد البشرية 2026، عبر لفتة تقديرية استهدفت منسوبي المؤسسة، كان عنوانها الورود والشيكولاتة، في أجواء اتسمت بالود والروح العالية، وجاءت البادرة تأكيدًا على أهمية العنصر البشري ودوره المحوري في بيئة العمل الإعلامية.
وتفاعل منسوبو المؤسسة مع المبادرة، معبرين عن سعادتهم بهذه اللفتة الإنسانية التي تعكس اهتمام الإدارة بتعزيز ثقافة التقدير والتحفيز داخل بيئة العمل، وترسيخ قيم التعاون والانتماء بين الموظفين.
من جهته، أكد مدير الموارد البشرية بـ«عكاظ» فهد العمودي أن الاحتفاء باليوم العالمي للموارد البشرية يأتي انطلاقًا من إيمان المؤسسة بأهمية الاستثمار في الكفاءات البشرية، باعتبارها الركيزة الأساسية لتحقيق التطور المؤسسي والتميز المهني، مشيراً إلى أن بيئة العمل الإيجابية تسهم في رفع مستوى الإبداع والإنتاجية.
ويُعد اليوم العالمي للموارد البشرية مناسبة سنوية تحتفي بالعاملين في هذا القطاع، وتسلّط الضوء على دورهم في تطوير بيئات العمل وتعزيز التواصل المهني وبناء ثقافة مؤسسية أكثر استدامة وابتكارًا.

This initiative came as a confirmation of the importance of the human element and its pivotal role in the media work environment.
The institution's staff interacted with the initiative, expressing their happiness with this humanitarian gesture that reflects the management's interest in enhancing a culture of appreciation and motivation within the work environment, and in establishing values of cooperation and belonging among employees.
For his part, the HR manager at “Okaz,” Fahd Al-Amoudi, confirmed that the celebration of World Human Resources Day stems from the institution's belief in the importance of investing in human competencies, considering them the fundamental pillar for achieving institutional development and professional excellence, noting that a positive work environment contributes to raising the level of creativity and productivity.
