صعّد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لهجته تجاه إيران، ملوّحاً بتحركات سريعة إذا لم تستجب طهران للمطالب الأمريكية، في وقت كشفت فيه مصادر إعلامية عن توتر في الاتصالات الأمريكية ـ الإسرائيلية بشأن مسار التفاوض مع الإيرانيين.
إيران «دولة مهزومة»
وقال ترمب، في تصريحات متلاحقة نقلتها وسائل إعلام أمريكية، إن إيران «دولة مهزومة»، معرباً عن أمله في التوصل إلى اتفاق، لكنه شدد على أن واشنطن لن ترفع العقوبات المفروضة على طهران قبل الوصول إلى تفاهم واضح.
وأكد أن الإدارة الأمريكية لم تقدم أي عروض تتعلق بإعفاءات نفطية لإيران، مضيفاً: «لن أرفع أي عقوبات عن إيران حتى نتوصل إلى اتفاق».
استعداد للتحرك
وأشار ترمب إلى أن الأمور «قد تمضي بسرعة شديدة أو تستغرق بضعة أيام»، لافتاً إلى أن الولايات المتحدة في حالة استعداد كاملة للتحرك إذا لم تحصل على «إجابات صحيحة» من طهران.
وأضاف: «إذا حصلنا على إجابات صائبة بنسبة 100% من إيران فسنوفّر الكثير من الوقت والجهد والأرواح»، مؤكداً أن بلاده تسعى لتجنب الحرب إذا أمكن ذلك خلال الأيام القادمة.
مكالمة غاضبة
وفي سياق متصل، كشف موقع «أكسيوس» نقلاً عن مصادر مطلعة، أن ترمب ورئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو ناقشا في مكالمة هاتفية صعبة جهود التوصل إلى اتفاق مع إيران، مشيراً إلى أن نتنياهو كان في حالة غضب عقب انتهاء الاتصال.
كما قال ترمب إن في إيران «أشخاصاً أذكياء وموهوبين»، معرباً عن أمله في أن يبرموا «صفقة جيدة للطرفين»

Iran is a "Defeated State"
Trump stated in successive remarks reported by U.S. media that Iran is a "defeated state," expressing hope for reaching an agreement, but emphasized that Washington will not lift the sanctions imposed on Tehran before achieving a clear understanding.
He confirmed that the U.S. administration has not made any offers regarding oil exemptions for Iran, adding: "I will not lift any sanctions on Iran until we reach an agreement."
Willingness to Act
Trump indicated that things "could move very quickly or take a few days," noting that the United States is fully prepared to act if it does not receive "correct answers" from Tehran.
He added: "If we get 100% correct answers from Iran, we will save a lot of time, effort, and lives," emphasizing that his country seeks to avoid war if possible in the coming days.
Angry Call
In a related context, Axios reported, citing informed sources, that Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discussed in a difficult phone call the efforts to reach an agreement with Iran, noting that Netanyahu was in a state of anger after the call ended.
Trump also said that there are "smart and talented people" in Iran, expressing hope that they will reach a "good deal for both sides."
