أسدلت محكمة جنح أول أكتوبر الستار على أزمة الفنانة زينة مع المتهمين في واقعة إصابة طفليها داخل أحد المجمعات السكنية بمدينة الشيخ زايد، بعدما قضت بحبسهما لمدة 3 أشهر مع كفالة 20 ألف جنيه، وإلزامهما بدفع تعويض مدني مؤقت قدره 100 ألف جنيه.
مطاردة كلب وراء الواقعة
وجاء الحكم على خلفية اتهام المتهمين بالتسبب في إصابة طفلَي الفنانة إثر تعرضهما لحالة من الذعر عقب مطاردتهما بواسطة كلب داخل «الكمباوند»، ما أدى إلى سقوطهما وإصابتهما أثناء محاولة الهروب.
زينة: القضاء أعاد حقي
وعقب صدور الحكم، علّقت زينة عبر حسابها على «إنستغرام»، معبرة عن سعادتها بالحكم، ومؤكدة أن القضاء المصري أنصفها وأعاد حقها وحق طفليها بعد شهور من النزاع القضائي.
وقالت الفنانة إنها تعرضت خلال الفترة الماضية لهجوم واسع وتشكيك في روايتها، إلى جانب اتهامات وصفتها بغير الصحيحة، رغم أنها الطرف المتضرر من الواقعة.

وتعود بداية القضية إلى بلاغ تقدمت به الفنانة ضد نجل رجل أعمال ومالك الكلب، متهمة إياهما بالتسبب في إصابة طفليها «زين الدين» و«عزالدين» داخل ملعب بأحد الكمباوندات السكنية في الشيخ زايد.
وأظهرت التحريات الأمنية وتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة عدم صحة البلاغات المقدمة ضد الفنانة، ليتم حفظها لعدم كفاية الأدلة، فيما أُحيل المتهمان إلى المحكمة بتهمة التسبب في إصابة الطفلين نتيجة الإهمال.
The First October Misdemeanor Court has closed the curtain on the crisis involving actress Zina and the defendants in the incident that injured her two children inside a residential compound in Sheikh Zayed City, after sentencing them to 3 months in prison with a bail of 20,000 Egyptian pounds, and obliging them to pay a temporary civil compensation of 100,000 Egyptian pounds.
A Dog Chase Behind the Incident
The ruling came in light of the accusations against the defendants for causing injury to the actress's children after they experienced a state of panic when chased by a dog inside the compound, which led to their falling and getting injured while trying to escape.
Zina: The Judiciary Restored My Rights
Following the verdict, Zina commented on her Instagram account, expressing her happiness with the ruling, and confirming that the Egyptian judiciary has vindicated her and restored her rights and those of her children after months of legal disputes.
The actress stated that she had faced widespread attacks and skepticism regarding her account during the past period, in addition to accusations she described as unfounded, despite being the aggrieved party in the incident.
Case Details
The case began with a complaint filed by the actress against the son of a businessman and the owner of the dog, accusing them of causing injuries to her children "Zain El-Din" and "Ezz El-Din" inside a playground in one of the residential compounds in Sheikh Zayed.
Security investigations and the review of surveillance camera footage revealed that the complaints against the actress were unfounded, leading to their dismissal due to insufficient evidence, while the defendants were referred to court on charges of causing injury to the children due to negligence.
