في مشهد إنساني صادم هزّ مستشفى الحسين الجامعي في القاهرة، تحولت لحظات فرح استقبال مولودة جديدة إلى واحدة من أكثر وقائع الخطف غرابة، بعدما اختفت رضيعة لم يتجاوز عمرها ساعات قليلة من داخل المستشفى في ظروف معقدة ومخطط لها بعناية.
عمة الطفلة صدفة بدير وصفت ما جرى بأنه كان أشبه بالبحث عن «إبرة في كوم قش»، مشيرة إلى أن العائلة عاشت ليالي من الرعب والقلق لم تذق فيها طعم النوم، وسط حالة ارتباك كاملة بعد اختفاء الرضيعة «إيمان».
وبحسب روايتها، فإن المتهمة استغلت لحظة حرجة كانت فيها الأم تحت تأثير البنج داخل غرفة المستشفى، قبل أن تبدأ في تنفيذ مخططها عبر إبعاد أفراد الأسرة واحدًا تلو الآخر بطريقة مدروسة.
فقد ادعت المتهمة أن الرضيعة تعاني من مغص شديد، وأرسلت الجدة لإحضار مشروب يانسون، بينما دفعت الأب للنزول لإحضار «روشتة علاج» مزعومة، لتبقى وحدها داخل الغرفة مع الأم الغائبة عن الوعي، قبل أن تختفي بالطفلة دون أن يلاحظ أحد.
المفارقة التي كشفتها التحقيقات أن المتهمة كانت قد أوهمت زوجها وأسرتها بأنها حامل، بعد واقعة إجهاض سابقة، لتلجأ إلى هذا المخطط داخل المستشفى بهدف إثبات حملها أمام محيطها الاجتماعي.
وبعد بلاغات وتحريات مكثفة، تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من تتبع خيوط القضية، ليتم ضبط المتهمة لاحقًا في منطقة بدر، وإعادة الرضيعة إلى أسرتها وسط حالة من الصدمة والارتياح في آن واحد.
وفي وقت لاحق، أكدت عمة الطفلة أن عودة «إيمان» أعادت الحياة إلى المنزل الذي عاش 48 ساعة من القلق الشديد، مشيدة بسرعة تدخل رجال المباحث وإدارة المستشفى في كشف ملابسات الواقعة وإنهائها.
وأمرت النيابة العامة المصرية بحبس المتهمة أربعة أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، مع استمرار استكمال الإجراءات القانونية في القضية التي أثارت جدلًا واسعًا حول جرأة التخطيط وسرعة التنفيذ داخل منشأة طبية.

The child's aunt, Sudfa Bdeir, described what happened as akin to searching for "a needle in a haystack," noting that the family lived through nights of terror and anxiety without tasting sleep, amidst complete confusion following the disappearance of the infant "Iman."
According to her account, the accused exploited a critical moment when the mother was under anesthesia inside the hospital room, before she began to execute her plan by systematically distancing family members one by one.
The accused claimed that the infant was suffering from severe colic, sent the grandmother to fetch an anise drink, while persuading the father to go down to get a supposed "treatment prescription," leaving her alone in the room with the unconscious mother, before disappearing with the baby unnoticed.
The irony revealed by the investigations was that the accused had deceived her husband and family into believing she was pregnant, following a previous miscarriage, resorting to this scheme inside the hospital to prove her pregnancy to her social circle.
After reports and intensive investigations, the security forces managed to trace the threads of the case, leading to the arrest of the accused later in the Badr area, and the return of the infant to her family amidst a state of shock and relief at the same time.
Later, the child's aunt confirmed that the return of "Iman" brought life back to the home, which had lived through 48 hours of intense anxiety, praising the swift intervention of the detectives and the hospital administration in uncovering the circumstances of the incident and resolving it.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution ordered the detention of the accused for four days pending investigations, while continuing to complete the legal procedures in the case that sparked widespread controversy over the audacity of the planning and the speed of execution within a medical facility.
