أثارت جريمة مقتل الطبيبة السورية الشابة روزا أنس الحريري حالة واسعة من الصدمة والحزن بين أبناء الجالية السورية في ألمانيا، بعد أن تحولت قصتها إلى واحدة من الحوادث المأساوية التي أعادت الجدل حول ما يُعرف بجرائم «الرفض» المرتبطة بالزواج.
ووفق تقارير متداولة، لقيت الحريري مصرعها في 11 مارس الجاري بعدما أقدم شاب سوري يدعى مالك المقداد على قتلها، عقب رفضها المتكرر لطلبه الزواج منها، في واقعة أثارت ردود فعل غاضبة بين السوريين داخل البلاد وخارجها.
من هي الطبيبة روزا الحريري؟
تنحدر روزا أنس الحريري من بلدة إبطع في ريف درعا الأوسط، وهي ابنة المهندس أنس الحريري، وُلدت عام 2001 لأب سوري وأم أوكرانية.
وعُرفت الحريري بتفوقها الأكاديمي، إذ درست الطب البشري في جامعة دمشق وتخرجت بتفوق، قبل أن تغادر في عام 2025 إلى ألمانيا لمتابعة مسيرتها المهنية.
وفي ألمانيا نجحت في اجتياز اختبارات معادلة الشهادة الطبية وبدأت العمل في المجال الطبي، ساعية إلى استكمال تخصصها وبناء مستقبل مهني في القطاع الصحي.
علاقة سابقة انتهت بالرفض
وبحسب ما نقلته تقارير محلية، تعرّفت الحريري في ألمانيا على شاب سوري يدعى مالك المقداد، قيل إنه ساعدها في ترجمة بعض الأوراق والمعاملات.
ومع مرور الوقت حاول التقرب منها وطلب الزواج منها أكثر من مرة، إلا أنها رفضت الارتباط به بشكل واضح، وهو ما يُعتقد أنه كان خلفية الجريمة التي وقعت لاحقًا.

وفي تطور لافت، تداولت مصادر سورية مقطعًا مصورًا لبيان صادر عن مجلس شورى قبيلة المقداد التي ينتمي لها المتهم، بشأن الحادثة.
وأعرب المتحدثون في البيان عن حزنهم الشديد لمقتل الطبيبة روزا الحريري، واصفين الحادثة بالمؤلمة، مؤكدين إدانة الجريمة بشكل واضح.
كما أعلن البيان التبرؤ من الشخص المشتبه بارتكاب الجريمة في حال ثبوت التهم بحقه، مشددًا على ضرورة عدم الانجرار وراء الشائعات المتداولة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

وتصدرت قضية مقتل الطبيبة الشابة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في سورية، حيث عبّر كثيرون عن حزنهم وغضبهم من الجريمة، مطالبين بكشف ملابساتها كاملة ومحاسبة المسؤول عنها.

Rosa Anas Al-Hariri hails from the town of Ibta in the central Daraa countryside. She is the daughter of engineer Anas Al-Hariri, born in 2001 to a Syrian father and a Ukrainian mother.
Al-Hariri was known for her academic excellence, having studied medicine at the University of Damascus and graduated with distinction before moving to Germany in 2025 to pursue her professional career.
In Germany, she succeeded in passing the medical equivalency exams and began working in the medical field, striving to complete her specialization and build a professional future in the health sector.
A Previous Relationship That Ended in Rejection
According to local reports, Al-Hariri met a young Syrian named Malik Al-Muqaddad in Germany, who reportedly helped her translate some documents and transactions.
Over time, he tried to get closer to her and proposed marriage multiple times, but she clearly rejected the idea of being with him, which is believed to be the background for the crime that later occurred.
Statement from the Al-Muqaddad Tribe
In a notable development, Syrian sources circulated a video statement from the Shura Council of the Al-Muqaddad tribe to which the suspect belongs, regarding the incident.
The speakers in the statement expressed their deep sorrow over the murder of Doctor Rosa Al-Hariri, describing the incident as painful and clearly condemning the crime.
The statement also announced a disavowal of the person suspected of committing the crime if the charges against him are proven, emphasizing the need to avoid being drawn into rumors circulating on social media.
