أعلن الدفاع المدني السوري انتشال جثامين أربعة شبان من داخل حفرة عميقة في مدينة جبلة بمحافظة اللاذقية شمال غربي سورية.
عملية إنقاذ معقدة
وأوضح الدفاع المدني في بيان صادر عن وزارة الطوارئ وإدارة الكوارث أن فرق الإنقاذ واجهت صعوبات كبيرة خلال عملية الانتشال، نتيجة العمق الكبير للحفرة وتشعّب امتداداتها الأفقية والعمودية.
نقل الجثامين
وأشار البيان إلى أنه جرى نقل الجثامين فور انتشالها إلى الطبابة الشرعية في جبلة، لاستكمال الإجراءات اللازمة.
تفاصيل مأساوية
وبحسب إفادات أهالي المنطقة، فإن الشبان كانوا يبحثون عن آثار داخل الموقع، وحاولوا شفط المياه من بئر تقع في قاع الحفرة باستخدام محرك شفاطة مياه.
اختناق قاتل
وأفاد الدفاع المدني بأن انبعاثات عادم المحرك داخل الحفرة المغلقة أدت إلى فقدان الشبان وعيهم، قبل أن يلقوا حتفهم اختناقًا في ظروف مأساوية.
The Syrian Civil Defense announced the recovery of the bodies of four young men from a deep pit in the city of Jableh in the Latakia Governorate, northwest Syria.
Complex Rescue Operation
The Civil Defense explained in a statement issued by the Ministry of Emergency and Disaster Management that the rescue teams faced significant difficulties during the recovery operation due to the great depth of the pit and the complex horizontal and vertical extensions.
Transfer of the Bodies
The statement indicated that the bodies were transferred immediately after recovery to the forensic medicine department in Jableh to complete the necessary procedures.
Tragic Details
According to testimonies from local residents, the young men were searching for artifacts at the site and attempted to pump water from a well located at the bottom of the pit using a water suction pump.
Fatal Suffocation
The Civil Defense reported that the exhaust emissions from the engine inside the enclosed pit caused the young men to lose consciousness before they tragically suffocated to death.
