حذّرت وزارة المياه والري الأردنية، سُلطة وادي الأردن، اليوم، من فيضان سد وادي الكرك خلال الساعات القليلة القادمة عقب امتلائه ووصوله إلى سعته التخزينية الكاملة البالغة 2 مليون متر مكعب.
ودعت سلطة المياه، المواطنين والمزارعين والقاطنين في المناطق الواقعة أسفل سد وادي الكرك وصولًا إلى الأغوار الجنوبية، لاتخاذ الاحتياطات اللازمة والالتزام بتعليمات الجهات المختصة.
The Jordanian Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Jordan Valley Authority, warned today of the flooding of the Wadi Al-Karak Dam in the coming hours after it reached its full storage capacity of 2 million cubic meters.
The Water Authority urged citizens, farmers, and residents in the areas below the Wadi Al-Karak Dam down to the Southern Ghors to take necessary precautions and adhere to the instructions of the relevant authorities.
