في تطوير سريع لأزمة واقعة هتك أعراض أطفال في مدرسة دولية شهيرة في مصر، أعلنت وزارة التربية والتعليم المصرية وضع «مدرسة سيدز الدولية» ـ محل الواقعة ـتحت الإشراف المالي والإداري واستلامها لإدارتها من قبل الوزارة إدارياً ومالياً بشكل كامل.
وكانت ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية في مصر، القبض على 4 موظفين داخل مدرسة دولية شهيرة في منطقة العبور بالقاهرة، بتهمة الاعتداء الجنسي وخدش براءة 5 أطفال على الأقل، بما في ذلك 3 فتيات وطفلان، تتراوح أعمارهم بين المراحل الابتدائية.
قرار وزارة التربية والتعليم المصرية، جاء ضمن قرارات أعلنتها في بيان لها اليوم (السبت)، حيث أكدت أن وزير التعليم محمد عبد اللطيف، وجه بسرعة إيفاد لجنة موسّعة إلى المدرسة للتحقيق في ملابساتها، مؤكدًة أنه بناءً على ما توصلت إليه تحقيقات اللجنة الوزارية في ملابسات الواقعة التي تعد حالياً قيد تحقيقات النيابة العامة، فقد أصدر الوزير قرارات بوضع المدرسة تحت الإشراف المالي والإداري وتم استلامها لإدارتها من قبل الوزارة إدارياً ومالياً بشكل كامل، كما قرر إحالة كافة المسؤولين الذين ثبت تورطهم في التستر أو الإهمال الجسيم في حماية الطلاب بالمدرسة للشؤون القانونية.

وبحسب البيان، قال الوزير: «لا يوجد جرم أشد قسوة من أن تمتد يدٌ إلى طفل، أطفالنا أمانة في أعناقنا، وحمايتهم واجب لا يقبل التهاون وأي مدرسة لا تلتزم بمعايير الأمان والسلامة ولا تصون حقوق أبنائنا لا تستحق أن تكون ضمن المنظومة التعليمية المصرية وسيتخذ ضدها إجراءات رادعة»، مشددًأ على أن أي مساس بطفل من أبنائنا جريمة لا تُغتفر وأولوية التعامل معها تسبق أي شأن تعليمي، فصون كرامة وسلامة الأطفال وحمايتهم هو صون للوطن بأكمله.
واقعة المدرسة الدولية بالقاهرة
الواقعة، التي كشفت عن سلسلة من الانتهاكات المتكررة داخل جدران المؤسسة التعليمية الشهيرة، أثارت موجة من الاحتجاجات من قبل أولياء الأمور، مطالبين بمحاسبة المسؤولين عن إدارة المدرسة وتعزيز آليات الحماية للأطفال.
بدأت القصة ببلاغ رسمي قدمته إحدى الأمهات، تفيد بتعرض ابنتها للاعتداء الجنسي من قبل عامل نظافة داخل المدرسة.
ووفقاً لتصريحات المحامي عبدالعزيز عزالدين، الذي يمثل أسر الضحايا، أعقب البلاغ الأول ظهور حالات أخرى مشابهة، حيث سجلت الجهات الأمنية حتى الآن 6 بلاغات رسمية من أولياء أمور أطفال من نفس المرحلة العمرية.
الأطفال كانوا يتعرضون للاستدراج إلى أماكن بعيدة عن كاميرات المراقبة، حيث يتم الاعتداء عليهم مع التهديد بعدم الكشف عن الواقعة، وتحدث عزالدين في تصريحات صحفية، مشيراً إلى أن الضحايا تعرضوا لصدمة نفسية شديدة، ما دفع الأسر إلى طلب تقارير طبية فورية ودعم نفسي.
تحرك الأجهزة الأمنية
الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن القاهرة تحركت بعد تلقي الإخطارات من قسم شرطة السلام الثاني، حيث تم تقنين الإجراءات واعتقال المشتبه بهم: 3 عمال وفرد أمن بينهم رجل ستيني وآخر خمسيني.
بدورها، قررت النيابة العامة بشرق القاهرة، حجزهم على ذمة التحقيقات، مع استمرار الاستماع إلى أقوال المسؤولين عن المدرسة لليوم الثاني على التوالي.
وأكدت التحقيقات الأولية أن الاعتداءات وقعت على فترات زمنية مختلفة داخل أحد الأماكن غير مراقبة في المدرسة، ما يشير إلى فجوات أمنية خطيرة في الإجراءات اليومية.
غضب شعبي
وأثارت الحادثة غضباً واسعاً على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث نشر آلاف المستخدمين هاشتاق #مدرسة_السلام_الكابوس، مطالبين بتشديد العقوبات على الجناة وإصلاح نظام الرقابة في المدارس الدولية.

The decision by the Egyptian Ministry of Education came as part of a series of decisions announced in a statement today (Saturday), where it confirmed that Minister of Education Mohamed Abdel-Latif directed the swift dispatch of an expanded committee to the school to investigate the circumstances of the incident. It emphasized that based on the findings of the ministerial committee's investigations into the incident, which is currently under investigation by the public prosecution, the minister issued decisions to place the school under financial and administrative supervision and that it has been fully taken over by the ministry. Additionally, he decided to refer all officials found to be involved in covering up or gross negligence in protecting the students at the school to the legal affairs department.

According to the statement, the minister said: "There is no crime more brutal than extending a hand to a child. Our children are a trust in our necks, and protecting them is a duty that cannot be compromised. Any school that does not adhere to safety and security standards and does not safeguard the rights of our children does not deserve to be part of the Egyptian educational system, and strict measures will be taken against it." He emphasized that any harm to a child from our children is an unforgivable crime, and the priority in dealing with it supersedes any educational matter, as preserving the dignity and safety of children and protecting them is a preservation of the entire nation.
The Incident at the International School in Cairo
The incident, which revealed a series of repeated violations within the walls of the famous educational institution, sparked a wave of protests from parents demanding accountability for those responsible for managing the school and enhancing protection mechanisms for children.
The story began with an official report submitted by a mother, stating that her daughter had been sexually assaulted by a cleaning worker inside the school.
According to statements from lawyer Abdelaziz Ezzeldin, who represents the families of the victims, following the initial report, other similar cases emerged, with security authorities having recorded 6 official reports so far from parents of children of the same age group.
The children were lured to places away from surveillance cameras, where they were assaulted under the threat of not disclosing the incident. Ezzeldin mentioned in press statements that the victims suffered severe psychological trauma, prompting families to request immediate medical reports and psychological support.

The security forces of the Cairo Security Directorate acted after receiving notifications from the Second Peace Police Station, where procedures were formalized and the suspects were arrested: 3 workers and a security guard, including a man in his sixties and another in his fifties.
