خيّم الجدل على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بعد صدور حكم قضائي بسجن صانعة المحتوى المصرية «سوزي الأردنية» لمدة عام واحد، مع غرامة قدرها 100 ألف جنيه، إثر اتهامها بنشر محتوى «خادش للحياء» عبر حسابها في تيك توك.
وأصدرت المحكمة الاقتصادية في القاهرة الحكم، اليوم (الأربعاء)، في أول قضية من نوعها تطال صانعة محتوى معروفة على المنصة، بعدما وُجهت إليها تهم تتعلق بـ«التحريض على الفسق والإخلال بالقيم الأسرية».
وبحسب التحقيقات، فقد ألقت قوات الأمن المصرية القبض على سوزي الأردنية ضمن حملة استهدفت حسابات إلكترونية وصُنّاع محتوى مثيرين للجدل، يتابعهم ملايين المستخدمين. وتشير التقارير إلى أن حسابها يضم أكثر من 1.6 مليون متابع، ما جعل القضية محط أنظار الرأي العام.
من جانبها، نفت سوزي الأردنية جميع التهم الموجهة إليها، مؤكدة أنها تقدم «محتوى ترفيهياً فقط»، وأنها «لم تتجاوز حدود الأدب أو الحياء»، موضحة أن مصدر دخلها الأساسي هو الإعلانات التي تقدمها لصالح شركات تجارية وليس المقاطع الترفيهية التي لا تتربح منها.
وتبقى القضية فصلاً من فصول نقاش واسع حول حرية المحتوى الرقمي وحدود المقبول على المنصات الاجتماعية في العالم العربي، إذ تتقاطع الشهرة أحياناً مع الرقابة الأخلاقية والقانونية.
The debate has overshadowed social media following a court ruling sentencing the Egyptian content creator "Souzi Al-Urduni" to one year in prison, along with a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds, after being accused of publishing "indecent content" on her TikTok account.
The Economic Court in Cairo issued the ruling today (Wednesday), in the first case of its kind targeting a well-known content creator on the platform, after she faced charges related to "inciting immorality and undermining family values."
According to investigations, Egyptian security forces arrested Souzi Al-Urduni as part of a campaign targeting controversial electronic accounts and content creators, followed by millions of users. Reports indicate that her account has over 1.6 million followers, making the case a focal point for public opinion.
For her part, Souzi Al-Urduni denied all the charges against her, asserting that she provides "entertainment content only," and that she "has not crossed the boundaries of decency or modesty," explaining that her main source of income comes from advertisements she provides for commercial companies, not from the entertainment clips from which she does not profit.
The case remains a chapter in a broader discussion about digital content freedom and the limits of acceptability on social media platforms in the Arab world, where fame sometimes intersects with moral and legal censorship.
