وأضاف التقرير أن جهاز الخدمة السرية الأمريكي كشف عن منصة صيد مشبوهة تقع على خط رؤية مباشر لمنطقة خروج الرئيس دونالد ترمب من طائرة الرئاسة في مطار بالم بيتش الدولي، وفقاً لما ذكره مسؤولون.
ويجري مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي (FBI) الآن تحقيقاً في الاكتشاف.
وصرّح مدير مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي كاش باتيل بأنه لم يتم ربط منصة الصيد بأي شخص حتى الآن.
وقال: «قبل عودة الرئيس إلى ويست بالم بيتش، اكتشف جهاز الخدمة السرية الأمريكي ما يبدو أنه منصة صيد مرتفعة تقع على خط رؤية منطقة هبوط طائرة الرئاسة».
وأضاف: «لم يُعثر على أي أفراد في موقع الحادث. ومنذ ذلك الحين، تولى مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي (FBI) زمام التحقيقات، وأرسل موارده لجمع جميع الأدلة من موقع الحادث، ونشر قدراته في تحليل بيانات الهواتف المحمولة».
كما أكد رئيس الاتصالات في الخدمة الأمنية الأمريكية (USSS) أنتوني غوغليلمي، أنهم يعملون «بشكل وثيق» مع مكتب التحقيقات الفيدرالي (FBI) وجهات إنفاذ القانون في مقاطعة بالم بيتش.

The report added that the U.S. Secret Service uncovered a suspicious hunting platform located in the direct line of sight of the area where President Donald Trump exits the presidential plane at Palm Beach International Airport, according to officials.
The FBI is now conducting an investigation into the discovery.
FBI Director Kash Patel stated that the hunting platform has not been linked to any individuals so far.
He said, “Before the president's return to West Palm Beach, the U.S. Secret Service discovered what appears to be an elevated hunting platform located in the line of sight of the presidential aircraft landing area.”
He added, “No individuals were found at the incident site. Since then, the FBI has taken over the investigations, sending its resources to gather all evidence from the scene and deploying its capabilities to analyze mobile phone data.”
Anthony Guglielmi, Chief Communications Officer of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), also confirmed that they are working “closely” with the FBI and law enforcement agencies in Palm Beach County.
