في واقعة لافتة، طردت مضيفة طيران تابعة لشركة الخطوط الجوية الأمريكية، راكبة قبل انطلاق رحلة من كوستاريكا إلى دالاس.
وأظهر مقطع فيديو، المرأة وهو تقول للمضيفة «اصمتي»، أثناء قراءة بروتوكولات السلامة عبر نظام العناوين العامة للطائرة.
وبحسب صحيفة «نيويورك بوست»، اقتربت المضيفة من الراكبة، ووبختها على سلوكها الفظ.
المضيفة قالت وهي تأمر زميلاتها بإيقاف نظام العناوين: «هل تريدين النزول من الطائرة؟ لأنني لا أشعر بالارتياح معكِ إذا لم تتبعي التعليمات».
ثم عاتبت المضيفة الراكبة الفظّة لعدم إطفاء هاتفها، وفقاً للفيديو، لتظهر الراكبة في نهاية المقطع، وهي تمتثل لأوامر المضيفة، وتطرد من الطائرة لسوء سلوكها.
In a striking incident, a flight attendant from American Airlines expelled a passenger before a flight from Costa Rica to Dallas.
A video showed the woman telling the attendant to "shut up" while she was reading the safety protocols over the plane's public address system.
According to the New York Post, the attendant approached the passenger and reprimanded her for her rude behavior.
The attendant said while instructing her colleagues to stop the announcement system: "Do you want to get off the plane? Because I don't feel comfortable with you if you don't follow the instructions."
Then the attendant scolded the rude passenger for not turning off her phone, according to the video, showing the passenger eventually complying with the attendant's orders and being removed from the plane for her misconduct.
