كشفت التحقيقات في قضية المذيعة والمنتجة المصرية سارة خليفة، المتهمة بتكوين أكبر تشكيل عصابي لترويج وتصنيع المواد المخدرة والمعروفة في مصر باسم «قضية المخدرات الكبرى» عن كارثة جديدة ارتكبتها، وعُثر على مقاطع فيديو بتفاصيلها على هاتفها المحمول.
وأكدت التحقيقات تورط سارة خليفة، في قضية تعذيب شخص والتعدي عليه، وهو عارٍ وهتك عرضه من قبل مجموعة من الأشخاص داخل شقتها السكنية، وتصويره خلال الاعتداء عليه، وإجباره وإكراهه على الاعتراف بوشايته بأحد الأشخاص المتهمين في القضية ذاتها، المعروفة إعلاميا بـ«قضية المخدرات الكبرى»، المتهمة فيها سارة خليفة و27 آخرين.
وأظهرت التحقيقات مع سارة خليفة، أنه جرى فحص الهاتف المحمول الخاص بها، وتبين وجود مقطع فيديو مدته 7:51 دقيقة، ويظهر به أحد الأشخاص مجرداً من ملابسه بداخل غرفة نوم خاصة بمنزل المتهمة سارة خليفة، ويقوم أشخاص مجهولون غير ظاهرين بوجوههم بالمقطع بالتعدي على الشخص العاري وهو ملقى أرضاً وهتك عرضه وإحداث إصابات باستخدام أيديهم وأرجلهم.
كما تم العثور على فيديو آخر في هاتف سارة خليفة، يظهر الشخص العاري ملطخاً بالدماء وبه إصابات عديدة ومتفرقة، ومقطع آخر مدته 13 ثانية يظهر الشخص السابق وصفه مرتدياً ملابس سوداء مقطعة وجالساً على أرضية الغرفة وبه إصابات ظاهرة برأسه، ويظهر صوت سارة خليفة في مقطع الفيديو.
وعثر رجال التحقيق في هاتف المنتجة المتهمة سارة خليفة، على مقطع فيديو مدته 12 ثانية ويظهر به الشخص السابق ذاته بملابس أخرى وبه إصابة بمنطقة الرأس، ويقوم الشخص الموصوف بالحديث أمام الكاميرا بالعبارات التالية: «الكابتن (ف) كان كويس معايا وكان بيديني فلوس وكان بيديني الأكل وأنا رحت أرشدت عليه مقابل 500 ألف جنيه» ثم انتهى المقطع.
وتواجه سارة خليفة اتهامات خطيرة بقيادة تشكيل عصابي مكون من 28 متهماً، بينهم أشخاص من خلفيات متنوعة؛ مقاولون وباعة ومطربو مهرجانات وطبيب شهير، وتنفيذ عمليات منظمة لجلب وتصنيع وتوزيع المخدرات، بما في ذلك مادة «الإندازول كاربوكساميد»، وهي مادة مخدرة مخلّقة مدرجة في الجدول الأول بقانون المخدرات المصري.
وبدأت القضية عندما تلقت أجهزة مكافحة المخدرات معلومات عن نشاط مشبوه مرتبط بسارة خليفة، ما دفع إلى مداهمة شقتين سكنيتين في القاهرة إحداهما تابعة لها، استُخدمتا كمعامل سرية لتصنيع مخدر «البودر» (الحشيش الصناعي)، وأسفرت المداهمات عن ضبط كميات هائلة من المواد المخدرة والمواد الخام، بلغ إجمالي وزنها 750 كيلوغراماً، ومبالغ مالية.
ووفقاً لتحقيقات النيابة العامة تولت سارة خليفة دوراً محورياً في تمويل العمليات الإجرامية والسفر إلى الخارج لتنسيق استيراد المواد الخام من الصين، بالتعاون مع المتهمين الأول والثاني (هاربين خارج مصر)، كما أدارت عمليات التصنيع داخل شقة مستأجرة بالقاهرة، حيث تم خلط المواد بنسب محددة واختبارها على أشخاص للتأكد من مفعولها قبل توزيعها.
The investigations into the case of Egyptian broadcaster and producer Sarah Khalifa, accused of forming the largest gang for promoting and manufacturing narcotic substances, known in Egypt as the "Major Drug Case," have revealed a new disaster she committed, with video clips detailing it found on her mobile phone.
The investigations confirmed Sarah Khalifa's involvement in a case of torturing a person and assaulting him while he was naked, as well as violating his honor by a group of individuals inside her apartment, filming him during the assault, and forcing him to confess to informing on one of the individuals accused in the same case, known in the media as the "Major Drug Case," in which Sarah Khalifa and 27 others are implicated.
The investigations with Sarah Khalifa showed that her mobile phone was examined, revealing a video clip lasting 7 minutes and 51 seconds, showing a person stripped of his clothes inside a bedroom belonging to the accused Sarah Khalifa. Unknown individuals, whose faces are not visible in the clip, are seen assaulting the naked person, who is lying on the ground, violating his honor and inflicting injuries using their hands and feet.
Another video was also found on Sarah Khalifa's phone, showing the naked person covered in blood and with multiple and scattered injuries, as well as another 13-second clip showing the previously described person wearing torn black clothes, sitting on the floor of the room with visible head injuries, with Sarah Khalifa's voice heard in the video.
Investigators found a 12-second video on the accused producer Sarah Khalifa's phone, showing the same individual in different clothing with a head injury, where the described person is seen speaking in front of the camera with the following phrases: "Captain (F) was good to me, he gave me money and food, and I went to inform on him for 500,000 pounds," and then the clip ended.
Sarah Khalifa faces serious charges of leading a gang consisting of 28 defendants, including individuals from diverse backgrounds; contractors, vendors, festival singers, and a famous doctor, executing organized operations to import, manufacture, and distribute drugs, including the substance "Indazol Carboxamide," which is a synthetic narcotic listed in Schedule I of Egyptian drug law.
The case began when the anti-narcotics authorities received information about suspicious activities related to Sarah Khalifa, prompting a raid on two residential apartments in Cairo, one of which belonged to her, used as secret laboratories for manufacturing "powder" (synthetic hashish). The raids resulted in the seizure of enormous quantities of narcotic substances and raw materials, totaling 750 kilograms in weight, along with cash amounts.
According to the public prosecution's investigations, Sarah Khalifa played a pivotal role in financing the criminal operations and traveling abroad to coordinate the import of raw materials from China, in collaboration with the first and second defendants (who are fugitives outside Egypt). She also managed the manufacturing operations inside a rented apartment in Cairo, where the materials were mixed in specific ratios and tested on individuals to ensure their effectiveness before distribution.
